आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-Dhiraj Singh alleged that MCH wing of Government women hospital is the centre to refer the patients to private hospitals and earns commission.
The matter concerns Mahima Singh, 31 years old, wife of Dhiraj Singh who was admitted in the MCH wing of the government women hospital concerned with the women hospital of the government located at Rambagh, district Mirzapur.
This hospital is working on the theory of public private partnership and is an integral part of the district women hospital Mirzapur.
An application under Article 51A of the constitution of India on behalf of Dhiraj Singh whose address is Aawas Vikas colony district Mirzapur and the mobile number is 790585 3278 and pin code is 23101 Mirzapur City.
This complaint is against the 6 staff of the MCH wing of the women hospital of the government who are as follows.
1-Dr. Puja Maurya
2-Dr. S. P. Singh
3-Dr. Sunil Singh working as pathologist
4-Suman Pathak working as incharge of the Nurses
5-Sunita Singh Nurse
6-Anil Ram working as manager in the MCH wing.
Short submissions of the aggrieved applicant are as follows.
1-The wife of the aggrieved applicant Dhiraj Singh was admitted in the MCH wing of the Government women hospital Mirzapur on 3rd February 2023. Please take the perusal of the second page of the attached file to the complaint in the PDF form.
2-Doctor Puja Maurya denied the treatment on the same date and referred the patient to the Krishna hospital and medical health care center coordinated by Doctor Mridula jayaswal.
3-It must be noticed that doctor Puja Maurya executed surgical operation in the Krishna hospital and medical health care center who had denied the treatment in the MCH wing of the government women hospital district Mirzapur.
4-The aggrieved applicant Dhiraj Singh spent 40000 rupees in this operation who had made effort to get the delivery done in the MCH wing at less expenditure but his spent had been beyond of his limit because of the cryptic practice of the staff of the MCH wing.
5-Dhiraj Singh alleged that MCH wing is committing daylight robbery in the name of curing the patients by referring the patients to the private hospitals where these patients are robbed in the name of medicines and bed charges and other facilities which are too expensive.
6-It is most surprising that the government is not providing medical facilities to the weaker and downtrodden section and it is only playing games with the health of the common man in the name of providing remedy to them.
7-Dhiraj Singh demanded the high level enquiry regarding the malfunctions of MCH wing of the women hospital Mirzapur who are indulged in the illegal practice of cheating the patients and looting them and their guardians. The staff of the MCH wing take the commission from the private hospitals which are huge amounts ai the case maybe.
Our chief minister Yogi Adityanath ji should take cognizance of such loot of the innocent and gullible people in the state.
In this bad practice accountable public staff concerning the medical and health department are indulged who are amassing huge wealth through such unlawful practice which must be investigated in the wide public interest.
