For the more details vide attached documents to the grievance and this PDF document had been provided by the department itself. श्रीमान जी यदि आदमपुर ग्राम पंचायत में स्थित पंचू पासी की सस्ते गल्ले की दुकान का लाइसेंस दिनांक 31 मार्च 2023 को समाप्त हो रहा है तो इसके लिए आप की भूमिका पूर्व में ही स्पष्ट होनी चाहिए । जैसा कि आप जानते हैं कि पंचू पासी अपने दुकान पर बैठ ही नहीं सकते क्योंकि वह यहां से कई 100 किलोमीटर दूर किसी प्राइवेट वित्तीय कंपनी में कार्य करते हैं ।जब वे अपनी सेवाएं उस वित्तीय कंपनी को दे रहे हैं तो दुकान पर पर बैठना मुश्किल है ।श्रीमान जी दुकान पर न बैठने के लिए पंचू पासी पर ₹1000 का जुर्माना किया जा चुका है। और वह जुर्माना पंचू पासी द्वारा जमा किया जा चुका है। अर्थात पंचू पासी दुकान पर न बैठने के दोषी पाए जा चुके हैं ।श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी एक ब्लॉगर है तथा भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी योद्धा है जिसके कई पोस्टों में लाइव वीडियो अटैच है जो खुद ही ऑडियो विजुअल दोनों प्रमाण है कि पंचू पासी के नाम से आदमपुर ग्राम पंचायत में जो सस्ते गल्ले की दुकान है उसको विजय बहादुर पासी जो पंचू पासी के बड़े भाई हैं वह चलाते हैं। श्रीमान जी मार्च में लाइसेंस की अवधि बीत रही है ऐसे में प्रार्थी यही चाहेगा कि दुकान का लाइसेंस सामान्य वर्ग के किसी व्यक्ति को आवंटित किया जाए क्योंकि आदमपुर की दुकान सामान्य वर्ग के कोटे में आती है। और पंचू पासी सामान्य वर्ग से नहीं आते हैं जो उन्होंने इंफॉर्मेशन उपलब्ध कराया है वह पूर्ण रूप से असत्य है सिर्फ विभाग में मेलजोल बढ़ाकर गलत कार्य करना कहां तक उचित है। श्रीमान जी यदि सामाजिक न्याय की बात यादि की जाय तो जब पिछड़ा वर्ग के कोटे में अनुसूचित जाति के कोटे में अनुसूचित जनजाति के कोटे में सामान्य व्यक्ति प्रवेश नहीं कर सकता तो थोड़ी बहुत जो सीटें जनरल या सामान्य कैटेगरी के लिए हैं उनमें भी अगर आप लोग अनुसूचित जाति को ला देंगे तो बेचारा सामान्य वर्ग का व्यक्ति कहां जाएगा। आज के इस बेरोजगारी के युग में सामान्य वर्ग के लोग भी बहुत परेशान हैं सामाजिक न्याय का सिद्धांत यह कहता है कि सभी वर्गों को न्याय मिले किसी का भी हक न छीना जाए। Sir, if the license of fair price shop of Panchu Pasi located in Adampur Gram Panchayat is expiring on 31 March 2023, then your role for this should be clear in advance. Sir, the license period is ending in March, in such a situation, the applicant would like that the license of the shop should be allotted to a person of general category, because the shop of Adampur comes under the quota of general category. And Panchu Pasi does not come from the general category, the information he has provided is completely untrue, just to what extent it is appropriate to do wrong things by increasing interaction in the department. Here it does not matter that whether ration card holders are satisfied or not because it is your prerogative that you may follow the rules which has been prescribed by the government. Can you tell me the process of allocation of the control rate shops which is widely available on the internet and a common man knows it? It is quite obvious that you are running away from pursuing your duty which means you have taken the illegal gratification quite obvious from the circumstantial evidences and you are talking nonsense in the matter. It is quite obvious that corruption in the department has been converted into the anarchy quite obvious from the cryptic working style of the staff of the department. It is your obligated duty that you may execute the process of allocation of the control rate shops and the highest qualified candidate may be appointed for the control rates shop. It seems that you have got the job through reservation which is the root cause you are favouring such things. Moreover those beat competitions will not talk in such a absurd way. It is quite obvious that licence term will end in the month of March and you have to take appropriate steps to provide appropriate competition before allocating the control rates shop to the villagers. Why are you providing opportunities to amass huge wealth to a single individual through your cryptic dealings? I have already apprised you that Panchu Pasi is employed in a private financial institution and working at distance 300 km away from the place of the shop. Public declaration should be made by a person by beating the drum in the entire village panchayat in order to allocate the control rates ration shop and their after requisite formalities must be completed.
