Thus, my husband has been implicated under Section 151/107/116. of the Cr. P.C. seven times. For the more details, vide attached document to the RTI request. 1-Please provide the maximum number of times to implicate the husband of the information seeker to implicate under Section 151/107/116. of the Cr. P.C. subsequently information seekers may expect a logistic approach in the matter. Whether the above information has been given by the Public Information Officer. 2-Your applicant submitted representation before the Honourable Sir on 30 April 2022 against the offenders when they assaulted the applicant and her husband, and it is most regrettable that no action was taken by the concerned staff still even after more than three months. Please provide action taken by the police on the aforementioned representation of the information seeker.
