There are six pages in the attached PDF document to the complaint, three out of six showing the current dilapidated road and the rest three showing after 15 years of road constructed during the Mulayam Yadav regime. The entire development fund has been siphoned by the public staff concerned.
Sir, whether the government will order an enquiry into the matter as the public fund is being robbed by the public functionaries concerned and numerous representations submitted by the complainant are thrown into a heap of garbage?
The matter concerns the department of Namami Gange, Government of Uttar Pradesh District-Mirzapur for enquiry into developmental activities carried out concerning sewage work in Surekapuram colony.

Here it is pretty obvious that the applicant has raised the matter concerning non-compliance with the set-up norm by the working body by colluding with the monitoring body of the government.

Whether it is not true that government commenced the digging the roads of Mohalla -Surekapuram at the beginning of the month of April 2022 and it is the month of October 2022 but no signal of the completion of work and dwellers of the Surekapuram colony are confined to live in their houses if it rains. This project is being carried out by a service-providing company named Infracon working under the monitoring of the department Namami Gange formed explicitly by the government of Uttar Pradesh for such purposes. There is no transparency and accountability in the working of this department of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Both the working and monitoring body is indulging in corrupt activities and wasting the money of the public exchequer.
The Concerned working body is not pursuing the setup norms of the government and providing third-grade services, but they have taken the monitoring body in good faith quite obviously from their cryptic working style. Repeated complaints are being made against their arbitrariness and tyranny but the entire R.T.I. requests and complaints have been unproductive because of the rampant corruption in the government of Uttar Pradesh.
You motivate good governance but where is good governance if there is no accountability
They must meditate on it that what solution they have provided the applicant. It is confirmed that they offered inconsistent and arbitrary replies which can neither be relevant nor justified. It seems that they did not understand the contents of the grievance which is the road cars they replied in an awkward manner which must never be allowed.
न्याय में देरी न्याय से वंचित है मुझे उम्मीद है कि आप बिना किसी और देरी और किसी भी प्रकार की देरी के मामले में जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई करेंगे।
Justice delayed is justice denied. I expect that you will take action on the matter at the earliest without any further delay or any kind of procrastination.
Think about the gravity of the situation, for six months construction sewage is undergoing but no ray of hope to complete, the life of citizens has been hell.

The office of the chief minister Government of Uttar Pradesh made the following remarks to close the grievance submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. प्रकरण विभाग स्तर से कार्यवाही करने के संबंध मे1 श्रीमान जी क्या यही हल है उस समस्या का जो भ्रष्टाचार को पोषित करने वाला है सरकारी तंत्र में और वह योगी आदित्यनाथ जी की सरकार जो भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने का दम भर्ती है उसकी यही कार्यशैली है भ्रष्टाचार पर नियंत्रण बनाने का यदि वास्तव में भ्रष्टाचार पर नियंत्रण करना है तो मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय को हमेशा सतर्क दृष्टि रखना चाहिए किंतु यहां तो उसका उल्टा हो रहा है मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय की कार्यशैली खुद ही भ्रष्टाचार को पोषित करने वाली है जो उसके रहस्यमई कार्यशैली से स्पष्ट है सोचिए इस शिकायत को खुद मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ठंडे बस्ते में डाल देना चाहता है इसमें ईमानदारी की झलक नहीं आ रही है बल्कि बहुत बड़े भ्रष्टाचार की झलक आ रही है यह किसी भी तरह से निस्तारण के योग्य टिप्पणी नहीं की गई है यह अपने आप में खुद ही एक भ्रष्टाचार है जो रुकना चाहिए किंतु रोकेगा कौन
