as per the request received at the branch the debit card has been activated. Also as per the request received for kyc updation application dated 25.08.2022 for account number 34645721675 we wish to inform you that pan already exists for CIF number 90763237454 which belongs to SBI branch Gangoli (50534). Hence we cannot update the pan card in the account no 34645721675.

I never went to Pledry, Jind - Haryana but two accounts opened in my name by feeding my PAN Card in S.B.I. imply rampant corruption.
The matter concerns the fraud committed in the State Bank of India by the Staff of the Bank who registered the PAN number of the applicant/Mahesh Pratap Singh in two anonymous accounts as told by the branch manager, city Branch, District-Mirzapur.
Anonymous bank accounts opened in the name of applicant/ Mahesh Pratap Singh fraudulently in the following branch bearing details as.
State Bank Of India Gangoli branch code is 50534 and IFSC Code is SBIN0050534
Savings bank account number-40191917870 and KCC account number-40191978538 and email of the branch- sbi.50534@sbi.co.in as provided by the branch manager, city branch of State Bank of India, District - Mirzapur.
Central public information officer of the state bank of India may provide the following information as sought if possible at the earliest or within time as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005.
1-Provide the Bank details of the Savings bank account number-40191917870.
2- Provide the Bank details of the KCC account number-40191978538.
3-CPIO may provide the designation and name of the staff who processed

श्रीमान जी हमारे प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र दामोदर मोदी सर सिर्फ प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के समक्ष ईमानदारी की वकालत करते हैं यदि वास्तव में ईमानदारी की बात करें तो आज इतना भ्रष्टाचार क्यों है इस भ्रष्टाचार का कारण है की प्रशासनिक सोपान में उच्च स्तर पर भ्रष्ट कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों को बैठा दिया गया है जो सिर्फ निम्न स्तर के कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों के भ्रष्टाचार पर पर्दा डालते हैं कृपया इस तरह के भ्रष्टाचार को रोका जाना चाहिए जनता एकदम परेशान हो चुकी है हर कोई रो रहा है सिर्फ भ्रष्टाचार का ही शासन है इस देश में भ्रष्टाचार के अलावा कुछ है ही नहीं हर स्थान पर अराजकता का शासन है कोई ऐसा कार्यालय नहीं है जिसमें फाइल बिना उस लिए आगे बढ़ती हो और कहने पर संबंधित अधिकारी और कर्मचारी झूठी इमानदारी का दावा करते हैं जैसे लगता है कि हमारे प्रधानमंत्री महोदय की बात का नकल करते आ रहे हैं यह लोग श्रीमान जी प्रधानमंत्री महोदय पिछली बार विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान समाजवादी पार्टी की सरकार को हटाने के लिए मकराना मकराना उस शुकराना की बात किए थे किंतु खुद ही इन मंत्रों को भूल गए ऐसा है ईमानदारी

Dear Sir, Pan No GSWPS0850Q is faded in only in Ac no-34645721675 of Mr. M P SINGH. we attached herewith screen short of the account with pan. There is no any Account /CIF is linked with the Pan No GSWPS0850Q as on date today Regards Branch Manager Sbi Mirzapur City Branch Regards Asstt. General Manager State Bank Of India Customer Care Cell Local Head Office Lucknow श्रीमान जी मामला तो भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के गंगोली ब्रांच जोकि हरियाणा प्रांत के जींद डिस्ट्रिक्ट में स्थित है उससे संबंधित है यह सच है कि इस समय पैन कार्ड मेरे खाते में लगा हुआ है किंतु इससे पहले उपरोक्त शाखा में ब्रांच मैनेजर द्वारा 2 खातों में इसे जोड़ा गया था और प्रार्थी यही चाहता है कि उस शाखा प्रबंधक को ना सिर्फ निलंबित किया जाए बल्कि अब तक बर्खास्त किया जाना चाहिए था किंतु यह भ्रष्टाचार भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के कार्यों का हिस्सा है इसलिए अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा नहीं किया गया है और महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य है कि इस प्रत्यावेदन को आयकर विभाग को भेजा गया था जिससे कि उन्हें यह एहसास हो जाएगी उनके विभाग में कितना भ्रष्टाचार है विभाग द्वारा जारी पैन कार्ड को उन खातों में जोड़ा जाता है जो खाते पैन कार्ड धारक से संबंधित नहीं होते हैं और शिकायत करने पर कोई कार्यवाही भी नहीं होती है श्रीमान जी आयकर विभाग के भ्रष्ट कर्मचारी और अधिकारी इन्हीं आधारहीन तथ्यों के आधार पर एक इनोसेंट व्यक्ति को आयकर की नोटिस जारी करते हैं जो कि किसी भी तरह से उचित नहीं है सर्वप्रथम प्रार्थी की यह मांग है कि गंगोली ब्रांच के उस शाखा प्रबंधक को तुरंत निलंबित करके बर्खास्त कर दिया जाए जिसने प्रार्थी के पैन कार्ड को दो बैंक खातों में जोड़ा था बिना दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के और उसे पुलिस को भी सौंप दिया जाए क्योंकि ऐसे भ्रष्ट कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों का यही हश्र होना चाहिए और आयकर विभाग का जो भ्रष्ट कर्मचारी और अधिकारी प्रार्थी को गलत तथ्यों के आधार पर आयकर की नोटिस दिए थे उन सब को भी पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया जाए जिससे कि प्रकरण में न्याय हो
