पालतू कुत्तों के हमले की घटनाओं को
देखते हुए नगर विकास विभाग ने कुत्तों को पालने को लेकर आदर्श कार्यवाही प्रक्रिया
(एसओपी) का मॉडल ड्राफ्ट जारी कर दिया है। इसे तत्काल लागू कर दिया गया है।
उत्तर प्रदेश में बिना पंजीकरण के
विदेशी नस्ल के कुत्तों के प्रजनन व बिक्री पर रोक लगा दी गई है। बिना टीकाकरण के
उनका पंजीकरण भी नहीं किया जाएगा। पालतू कुत्तों के हमले की घटनाओं को देखते हुए
नगर विकास विभाग ने कुत्तों को पालने को लेकर आदर्श कार्यवाही प्रक्रिया (एसओपी)
का मॉडल ड्राफ्ट जारी कर दिया है। इसे तत्काल लागू कर दिया गया है।
अगर आपके घर में विदेशी नस्ल के कुत्ते
हैं तो उनका नगर निगमों में पंजीकरण करवाने से पहले टीकाकरण का प्रमाणपत्र देना
होगा। अगर इसका प्रमाणपत्र नहीं है तो कुत्तों को पालने का लाइसेंस नहीं दिया
जाएगा। इनका प्रजनन व बिक्री सिर्फ लाइसेंसधारी दुकानों से हो सकेगी।
