The matter concerns poor network of Airtel service provider being provided on the mobile number -9794103433 while earlier it was fine.

Location of the place where feeble internet surfing is being felt is as follows.
Mohalla- Surekapuram, Laxmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Mandir, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Pin code-231001.

From few days back, the services being provided by the service provider Airtel is third grade quality quite obvious from the attached screenshots to the grievance. The matter raised through Airtel thanks app which screenshot is also attached to this complaint.

Everyone knows that Airtel is charging huge tariff greatest among entire service providers but such services of third grade only frustrating the customers.
Aforementioned location belongs to Mirzapur city and if services are accessible in the urban area, then think about the rural area where people are crying.

  2. यह सच है कि टैरिफ दर सेवा प्रदाता एयरटेल कंपनी का अन्य सेवा प्रदाताओं के तुलना में बहुत ज्यादा है तो इससे यह अपेक्षा की जाती है कि सेवा प्रदाता एयरटेल कंपनी इंटरनेट का अच्छा स्पीड दे जिससे कि यूजर को परेशानी ना हो किंतु जब वही रोने लगता है तो सोचिए और कंपनियों का क्या होगा वह तो ऐसे भी कम शुल्क लेती है सेवा प्रदान करने का

  3. एयरटेल अन्य सभी सेवा प्रदाताओं से दुगना शुल्क लेता है फिर भी इतनी खराब सर्विसेज क्यों दे रहा है उसे अपनी सर्विसेज में सुधार करना चाहिए नहीं तो उसके कर्मचारी उसके सर्विस पैक ले लेकर सिर्फ स्थानों पर बैठे रहेंगे एक भी सर्विस पैक बिकेगा नहीं एक भूमंडलीकरण का समय है कोई किसी को कब तक मूर्ख बना सकता है इसलिए उसे अपनी सेवाओं में सुधार करना चाहिए और जनता के प्रति सहानुभूति रवैया अपनाना चाहिए उसे याद रखना चाहिए कि कस्टमर ईश्वर होता है
