* Description of Information Sought The sought information concerns the working of Web Information Manager, Arvind Mohan, Deputy Secretary, Chief Minister Office, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It seems that instead of smooth delivery of public services such officers always create hurdles in reaching the public services to the needy. Because of cryptic and mysterious dealings of aforementioned officer and his subordinates, applicant is facing hardships in submitting grievances as well as feedbacks as grievance is not loading completely on my personal computer and no grievance entries are accepted if submitted through my P.C. PIO in the office of chief minister, government of Uttar Pradesh may provide the following information point wise as sought by information seeker within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005.

ReplyDeleteWhether the aforementioned information exempted from disclosure under para (ii) subsection 2 (b) of section 4 of UTTAR PRADESH RIGHT TO INFORMATION RULES, 2015 which states as
The information sought should not require carrying out new interpretation or analysis of existing data, or drawing of inferences, making of assumptions, or providing advice or opinion based on
existing data; or
It seems that PIO is layman who did not understand that posting details are the records kept by the employer and its disclosure does not require any interpretation or analysis.
