* Description of Information Sought Assistant public information officer Mr Prabhat Ray, circle officer, city Mirzapur denied the sought Information by taking recourse of subsection 2 b of section 4 of UTTAR PRADESH RIGHT TO INFORMATION RULES, 2015. Here it is noticeable that the Information seeker has attached the same information sought from the Public Information Officer in the office of police commissioner Lucknow by anti-corruption crusader Yogi M. P. Singh and PIO has provided the same information through station officer Ashiana police station. Lucknow police did not deny the information, but Mirzapur police is running away from complying with the provisions of R.T.I. Act 2005 is quite obvious from the attached document. 

Now information seeker seeks very brief information from public information officer.
