The aforementioned grievance was submitted on the public grievance portal of the government of India on 25 Oct 2021 which was forwarded to the aforementioned officer on 09 Nov 2021 and today is 29 Dec 2021 which implies that more than two months passed since the date grievance was submitted. Undoubtedly, it is true that the ministry of finance is procrastinating on the matter for about one year as the first grievance was submitted before it in the month of February 2021. On public platforms, we say that our country is developing but where is development. Whether on the basis of Saharayn Airlines, Saharayn insurance, Saharayn

Supreme Court says banks obligated to return customer’s money when asked for, cannot hold it as a trustee.

A divisional bench of the Chief Justice D.N. Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh said Saharayn is allowed to continue its business till the next date of hearing. The petition has been filed by the Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Limited registered under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act , through Advocate Neha Gupta alleging that there have been complaints from only 0.06 percent members out of thousands of members on whose complaints the Authority has acted upon.

Think about the gravity of such a false claim made by the advocates in the High courts and supreme court and courts accept them. I think that executive officers and directors of the company must be sent behind the bar.

. Think about the gravity of situation that Subrat Rai Sahara was sent behind the bar by the apex court of India then this news circulated in entire print and electronic media but when he was released and freed no comment came through the print and electronic media whether he has resolved the problems of the customers they have sorted out the problems in the mysterious and cryptic working style. Whether cheaters may be allowed to do the business on the land of India but because of the corrupt public staff everything is possible in this country because of the lowering standard of the corrupt public staff in this country. Our public staff has been too much greedy and they are finding itself unable to control its greed so they are colluding with the operators of the unethical business.

Financial Services (Insurance Division) took 8 months to direct the staff of the wrongdoer company who are syphoning the fund deposited by the innocent and gullible people of this country and because of corruption both the government and the courts are supporting the company. Think about the gravity of situation public staff are procrastinating on this crucial issue since more than one and half year whether it reflects the rule of law in this country or sheer corruption in the working of the government.
