Report submitted by the inspector of Kotwali city, District-Mirzapur is an arbitrary report, inconsistent with the submissions of the grievance ipso facto. For the more details, vide attached document to the grievance. Now I will focus inconsistency on the report submitted staff of police showing incompetence of the police personnel. My first submission is1-Your applicant submitted representation before the Honourable Sir on 30 April 2022 against the offenders when they assaulted the applicant and her husband and it is most regrettable that no action was taken by the concerned staff still even after more than three months. आपके आवेदक ने माननीय महोदय के समक्ष 30 अप्रैल 2022 को अपराधियों के खिलाफ अभ्यावेदन प्रस्तुत किया जब उन्होंने आवेदक और उसके पति पर हमला किया और यह सबसे खेदजनक है कि संबंधित कर्मचारियों द्वारा तीन महीने से अधिक समय के बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई What is your response? आपकी प्रतिक्रिया क्या है? Since you did not take any action in the matter therefore you avoided the submission and filled the report by ambiguous reporting.चूंकि आपने इस मामले में कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की, इसलिए आपने रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने से परहेज किया और अस्पष्ट रिपोर्टिंग द्वारा रिपोर्ट भर दी। Instead of submitting cluttered on the portal, you might adopt a logistic approach in the matter. पोर्टल पर कूड़ा करकट सबमिट करने के बजाय आप मामले में लॉजिस्टिकतार्किक अप्रोच अपनाएंEveryone knows that proceedings under Section 107116. of the Cr. P.C. are only preventive measures and not pure criminal proceedings, but such proceedings are of quasi judicial nature.Whoever seek redressal of their grievances by submitting online applications on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh, concerned sub-inspector fabricate them under Section 107116. of the Cr. P.C in most of the cases. YOU have already misused this tool six times on my husband instead of ensuring the compliance of agreements made between parties.

Sir, if the quality based redressal of the grievances may take place in the office of inspector Kotwali City then such problems may not arise and position is that my younger brother is hurling abuses on me on my telephone number which has been recorded by me but police is overlooking that matter even that is the audio witness against my brother and his threatening. My brother is not only humiliating me on phone but the circle officer itself quite obvious from the audio recorded by me. Think about the fear of police in the mind of criminal elements who are overlooking the police in threatening the peace loving people.

Most respectfully your victim invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.

1-Your applicant submitted representation before the Honourable Sir on 30 April 2022 against the offenders when they assaulted the applicant and her husband and it is most regretting that no action taken by the concerned staff still even after more than three months.

2-Inaction on the part of police provoked the offenders who are making efforts to grab the house by breaching the agreement between offenders 1, 2 and husband of the applicant cum victim.

3-Whatever affidavit submitted by the offenders 1 and 2 before the High court of judicature at Allahabad and agreement made between parties with mutual consent is not being obeyed by the offenders currently is the root cause of conflict.

Please register F.I.R. under appropriate sections of I.P.C. for criminal breach contract and assaulting the applicant and her husband to provide justice to aggrieved victim.

Police itself promotes criminal elements by providing fabricated concocted stories in the form of reports. पुलिस स्वयं रिपोर्ट के रूप में मनगढ़ंत कहानी उपलब्ध कराकर आपराधिक तत्वों को बढ़ावा देती है Sir if the matter is subjudice in the court, how can opposite party can break the wall without consensus of both the parties? महोदय, यदि मामला न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है, तो विरोधी पक्ष दोनों पक्षों की सहमति के बिना दीवार कैसे तोड़ सकता है? Undoubtedly, it is a miracle of illegal gratification which caused police not to touch the core issue. निस्संदेह, यह अवैध संतुष्टि का चमत्कार है जिसके कारण पुलिस ने मूल मुद्दे को नहीं छुआ Opposite party is humiliating the husband of the victim on the mobile phone which audio record available on the internet but police overlooks things unless serious crimes do not take place. विरोधी पक्ष पीड़िता के पति को मोबाइल फोन पर अपमानित कर रहा है जिसका ऑडियो रिकॉर्ड इंटरनेट पर उपलब्ध है लेकिन जब तक गंभीर अपराध नहीं होते तब तक पुलिस चीजों को नजरअंदाज कर देती है
