Remarks महोदय आख्या अवलोकनार्थ प्रेषित है सन्दर्भित प्रकरण में आरोपो के सम्बंध में की गयी जांच एवं पूछताछ से पाया गया कि आवेदक श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह निवासी मोहल्ला लक्ष्मी नरायन बैकुनाथ महादेव जनपद गोरखपुर के शिकायत का सम्बंध पुलिस से न होकर वन विभाग जनपद गोरखपुर से है अतः इस प्रकरण में सम्बंधित से जांच कार्यवाही अपेक्षित है

Sir, you never understood the contents of the grievances submitted by the applicant but you can understand the remark made by the circle officer Cantt, Mr.Shyam Dev , Gorakhpur. महोदय, आपने आवेदक द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई शिकायतों की सामग्री को कभी नहीं समझा, लेकिन  क्षेत्राधिकारी  कैंट, श्री श्याम देव, गोरखपुर द्वारा की गई टिप्पणी को आप समझ सकते हैं।

How can grievances concerning the working of the divisional forest officer Gorakhpur can be resolved by the Gorakhpur police as the matter forwarded by the chief minister office of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to the Gorakhpur police ? Gorakhpur police in its report said that the matter concerns the divisional forest officer Gorakhpur and on the ground of this one line note government of Uttar Pradesh specially chief minister office accepted the grievance disposed of. Everyone knows that irregularities in the plantation was found in the audit report of the auditor general government of India so they recommended the government to take action in the matter and the government forwarded this report to the concerned divisional forest officers to take action in the matter concerning the deep rooted corruption in the plantation carried out by the department of forest and now in taking action divisional forest officer Gorakhpur is procrastinating in the matter and government itself is not showing any interest in taking action against guilty staff of the department of forest. 

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय द्वारा गोरखपुर पुलिस को अग्रेषित मामले के रूप में गोरखपुर पुलिस द्वारा संभागीय वन अधिकारी गोरखपुर के कामकाज से संबंधित शिकायतों का समाधान कैसे किया जा सकता है? गोरखपुर पुलिस ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा कि मामला संभागीय वनाधिकारी गोरखपुर का है और इसी के आधार पर उत्तर प्रदेश की सरकार विशेष रूप से मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने इस एक लाइन के नोट को स्वीकार कर लिया है. सभी जानते हैं कि भारत के महालेखा परीक्षक की ऑडिट रिपोर्ट में वृक्षारोपण में अनियमितता पाई गई थी, इसलिए उन्होंने सरकार से इस मामले में कार्रवाई करने की सिफारिश की और सरकार ने संबंधित संभागीय वन अधिकारियों को इस मामले में कार्रवाई करने के लिए इस रिपोर्ट को अग्रेषित कर दिया। वन विभाग द्वारा किए गए वृक्षारोपण में गहरा भ्रष्टाचार और अब कार्रवाई में संभागीय वन अधिकारी गोरखपुर मामले में ढिलाई बरत रहा है और सरकार स्वयं वन विभाग के दोषी कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने में कोई दिलचस्पी नहीं दिखा रही है।

डी.एफ.ओ. गोरखपुर की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 21 दोषी कर्मचारियों में से जिनके विरुद्ध अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही संस्थित है संभागीय कार्यालय गोरखपुर में किसी भी गलत कार्य करने वाले कर्मचारी के विरूद्ध कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी। ईमानदारी को दर्शाता है योगी सरकार के

श्री मान जी दिनांक २६ मई २०२२ की रिपोर्ट में प्रभागीय बन अधिकारी गोरखपुर लिखते है की पत्रांक २२३४ /१६ ऍफ़ १६ ए दिनांक ०८ नवंबर २०२१ द्वारा प्रार्थी कोसूचित किया जा चुका है की गोरखपुर बन प्रभाग गोरखपुर के अंतर्गत महालेखाकार उत्तर प्रदेश के ऑडिट आपत्ति के सम्बन्ध में १८ अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों के विरुद्ध अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही प्रचलित की गयी अभी तक किसी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी को दण्डित नहीं किया गया है

श्री मान जी संलग्नक के द्वितीय पेज का परिशीलन करे जो पत्रांक २२३४ /१६ ऍफ़ १६ ए दिनांक ०८ नवंबर २०२१ का ही स्कैन पेज है जिसके अनुसार २१ बन अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों के विरुद्ध अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही प्रचलित की गयी अभी तक किसी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी को दण्डित नहीं किया गया है

श्री मान जी संख्या में तीन का अंतर क्यों क्या तीन कर्मचारियों को दोषमुक्त कर दिया गया है

Thank about the credibility of the divisional forest official Gorakhpur who sometimes says that enquiry is being carried out against 18 staff of the department of forest and sometime he says that enquiry is being carried out against 21 staff and now again he has said that enquiry is being carried out against 21 staff of the department of forest in Gorakhpur division. Whether such incredible reports submitted by the divisional forest officer on the public grievance portal of the Government of India is not questioning his integrity? Think about the transparency and accountability in the working of the Government of Uttar Pradesh where public staff working under the government are submitting such bogus third grade report which is highly objectionable for the compliments. Honesty is the best policy of a government. It is quite obvious that such working style of the department working under the Government of Uttar Pradesh showing deep rooted corruption in the government .
