Everyone knows that there is a nexus between MauAima police and Liquor Mafia therefore it shields the henchmen of liquor mafia which is the root cause polise is supporting the opposition and creating hindrance in construction work.   सभी जानते हैं कि सीआर  पी.सी.की धारा 151/107/116 के तहत कार्यवाही।  केवल निवारक उपाय हैं और शुद्ध आपराधिक कार्यवाही नहीं हैं, लेकिन ऐसी कार्यवाही अर्ध न्यायिक प्रकृति की हैं, क्या मऊआइमा पुलिस द्वारा पुलिस की इस विवेकाधीन शक्ति का उपयोग आवेदक को लंबे समय तक कमरे के निर्माण से रोकने के लिए किया जा सकता है। सभी जानते हैं कि मऊआइमा पुलिस और शराब माफिया के बीच एक सांठगांठ है इसलिए यह शराब माफिया के गुर्गों को बचाती है जो मूल कारण है कि पुलिस विपक्ष का समर्थन कर रही है और निर्माण कार्य में बाधा उत्पन्न कर रही हैFinally following matter has been forwarded from office of Director General of police to office of C.O. 1-C.O. Soraon wrote a letter to S.D.M. Phulpur District-Prayagraj to constitute a team to resolve the matter and directed Mau Aima police to cooperate team while earlier Mauaima police itself blocked the construction of room for two months because it expressed apprehension that Riot may take place if I may initiate construction of room at 100 years old abadi land of ancestors. Please provide the time span taken by the police to stop construction work in the name of informing S.D.M. Phulpur District-Prayagraj for a legitimate solution.
