The report submitted by the chief medical officer prayagraj is dated 6 May 2022 and applicant submitted the complaint on the public grievance portal is dated 30th May 2022 which implies that grievance of the complainant has been disposed of by submitting a back date report which was submitted by chief medical officer in earlier submitted Grievance on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. Consequently we see that grievances submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India are disposed of by the government of Uttar Pradesh arbitrarily and there is no transparency and accountability of the concerned public staff working under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Such illogical and corrupt dealings are integral part of corrupt practices of concerned public authority and government of Uttar Pradesh always adopt a lackadaisical approach to curb such corruption and it controls corruption only on print and electronic media otherwise it promote the corruption in the government machinery by accepting third grade bogus reports of the subordinates.

1-Provide the copy of the response made by Manager/ Coordinator, Sahara Nursing Home in order to comply with the direction dated 06 May 2022 of the chief medical officer.
2-Applicant has a video clip of the humiliation of Vandana Singh and his younger brother by the Manager/ Coordinator, Sahara Nursing Home. Such a criminal approach never suits the man occupying the post of manager in a nursing home registered with the government of Uttar Pradesh. Please provide the whatsapp number on which this youtube uploaded video can be sent for proper action as required under the law.
3-Provide the mechanism of how the registered clinics, Nursing homes and private sector hospitals registered with the office are controlled by the office of chief medical officer.
4-Provide the total number of registered clinics, Nursing homes and private sector hospitals in the district Prayagraj.
5-Provide the name and designation of the public staff who checked the compliance of set up norms by the Sahara Nursing Home,Gauhaniya Chauraha, Banda Road, Prayagraj pin code is 212107 required for registration of Nursing home in the office of Chief Medical Officer.
6-Provide the name and designation of the public staff who checked the working of Sahara Nursing Home in a routine checking on the part of chief medical officer.

The matter concerns the department of medical and health and chief medical officer depends on the investigation carried out by the police which is mockery of the rule of law as well as provisions of the constitution. Whether the concerned nursing Home registered under the police or in the office of chief medical officer? Whether the monitoring of the such nursing homes are done by the chief medical officer through the police? Here this question arises that whether the setup norms prescribed for the nursing homes are being followed by the registered nursing homes? Who is accountable for the lawlessness and anarchy in the working of the private nursing homes registered in the office of chief medical officer Allahabad? Here the matter concerns the unruly behaviour of the proprietor off the Sahara nursing Home and excess free charge from the patients which comes under the Ambit of the chief medical officer district Prayagraj.
