The matter concerns with the working of the executive officer municipality Mirzapur City who are procrastinating in replacing the fused tubelight by new one quite obvious from Dilly dally approach.
The matter concerns replacement of fused tubelight fitted to the Pole where transformer is installed in the Mohalla Surekapuram, Jabalpur road district Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh.
More than two weeks, dwellers of the Sureka Puram colony, because of the carelessness of the concerned staff of the municipality Mirzapur City who have not change the fuse tube light by a new tube light and strangers coming to the relative in the Mohalla Sureka Puram colony.
बर्बाद ऐ गुलशन कि खातिर बस एक ही उल्लू काफी था/
हर शाख पर उल्लू बैठा है अंजाम ऐ गुलशन क्या होगा।'

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Honourable Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy.
