Public Information Officer/ Chief Medical Officer Prayagraj may provide the following point wise information to the information seeker as sought.

1-Provide the copy of the response made by Manager/ Coordinator, Sahara Nursing Home in order to comply with the direction dated 06 May 2022 of the chief medical officer. 

2-Applicant has a video clip of the humiliation of Vandana Singh and his younger brother by the Manager/ Coordinator, Sahara Nursing Home. Such a criminal approach never suits the man occupying the post of manager in a nursing home registered with the government of Uttar Pradesh. Please provide the whatsapp number on which this youtube uploaded video can be sent for proper action as required under the law. 

3-Provide the mechanism of how the registered clinics, Nursing homes and private sector hospitals registered with the office are controlled by the office of chief medical officer. 

4-Provide the total number of registered  clinics, Nursing homes and private sector hospitals in the district Prayagraj. 

5-Provide the name and designation of the public staff who checked the compliance of set up norms by the Sahara Nursing Home,Gauhaniya Chauraha, Banda Road, Prayagraj pin code is 212107 required for registration of Nursing home in the office of Chief Medical Officer. 

6-Provide the name and designation of the public staff who checked the working of Sahara Nursing Home in a routine checking on the part of chief medical officer. 

If the chief medical officer is really interested to take action in the matter, then he should act under the intimation of the complainant.

The report submitted by the chief medical officer prayagraj is dated 6 May 2022 and applicant submitted the complaint on the public grievance portal is dated 30th May 2022 which implies that grievance of the complainant has been disposed of by submitting a back date report which was submitted by chief medical officer in earlier submitted Grievance on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. Consequently we see that grivances submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India are disposed of by the government of Uttar Pradesh arbitrarily and there is no transparency and accountability of the concerned public staff working under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Such illogical and corrupt dealings are integral part of corrupt practices of concerned public authority and government of Uttar Pradesh always adopt a lackadaisical approach to curb such corruption and it controls corruption only on print and electronic media otherwise it promote the corruption
