Master card validity up to Feb-2021 bearing 16 digits as 5596010032470039 lost its validity on the first of February. After repeated complaints and procrastination, the branch manager of City Branch State Bank of India District Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh issued a global card as substitution of the master card and he misled the applicant that mastercard is not available right now but assured to make it available later on. I said that for google domain renewal, I need mastercard, he assured me that global cards can also be instrumental in international transactions. Today I tried to add one year more extension through payment of Rs.1699.20 to my google domain unfortunately it was declined by the state bank of India. I have attached the screenshot of the failed transaction which says your card issuer declined the payment.
The branch manager of City Branch State Bank of India District Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh had assured the applicant to provide the Master card after some time at my address as the Master card was not available at that time.
It is most unfortunate that he/the branch manager failed to provide a master card and today I made efforts to make a transaction through GLOBAL Card issued by the branch manager arbitrarily at the place of the earlier mastercard.
Whether it is not showing a lackadaisical approach of the branch manager to the services being provided to the consumers?

Everyone knows that arbitrariness is the gate of corruption and because of rampant corruption in the working of public authority State Bank of India, arbitrariness has been an integral part of practice of the staff of public authority State Bank of India. Sir, SBI quick is the app of the state bank of India downloaded from google play is not working because SBI staff are more busy in looting the innocent and gullible people. Whether SBI will not disclose the mini-statements, balance and several others to the customers as required for the safety of the customers?

They must explain that why the debit card is not working at present time and not a single transaction was made from the debit card by the customer even when repeated requests were mad by the applicant and repeatedly visited the branch office. I think the first they ensure the activation of the debit card as it is not working since the date it was a issued.
