    Here this question arises that whether accountability of the concerned branch manager was fixed by the accountable public functionaries of the State Bank of India who procrastinated and violated the set up norm by the State Bank of India that it will delivery the demand draft within 5 days from the date of receipt of the order of the demand draft.
