4-Provide the provision/circulars/government order/manuals which grants the privileges to incharge/ inspector of Enforcement wing Mirzapur division to overlook the request of the Executive Engineer EDD II concerning to curb the theft of electricity as repeated requests made by Executive Engineer EDD II Mirzapur was overlooked by head of vigilance wing Mirzapur.
5-Provide the mechanism through which office of Superintendent of Police Vigilance wing of the Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited directly entertains the matter concerning the theft of electricity received from the public spirited people/ common people of the state.
