Aforementioned grievance closed by the chief minister office through an inconsistent and arbitrary report which is a mockery of the law of land. For more information, vide attached document to this representation. How the matter can be considered as redressed if the matter forwarded to those who are not concerned with the matter? This matter concerns district judge Lucknow because of mismanagement the representation of Dinesh Pratap Singh S/O Angad Prasad Singh is languishing in the office of district judge Lucknow. This representation addressed to A.C.J.M. III, district court, District Lucknow. Crime number- 269 of the year 2009 received by the office of district Judge Lucknow in just three days from the date of despatch but still not reached to addressee in two years 15 days. Such dereliction on the part of staff reflects mismanagement in the working of District Judge Lucknow. Government of Uttar Pradesh specially its chief minister office arbitrarily forwarded it to Mirzapur police and Chauki in-charge Bali Maurya could not understand it. Now grievance has been disposed of by the Officer Name- Shri Bhaskar Pandey Officer Designation-Joint Secretary incriminatory without sending to concerned mandate.

It is quite obvious that the matter concerns deep rooted corruption and the Yogi government is acting like elephant teeth to overcome corruption in the judiciary. Think about the gravity of the situation that if the matter concerns the working of the public authority district court, then how can it be resolved by the public authority Lucknow police. Such illegal activities in the working of the public functionaries only reflects anarchy in the government. Please provide the information regarding the action taken report by the Registrar General, Allahabad High Court on the aforementioned forwarded grievance DEPOJ/E/2019/04435 if not taken any action, then provide the reason as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Please provide the Notings made by the accountable public functionaries. Why is the registrar general running away from providing information in the matter and court is running away from the submissions of Dinesh Pratap Singh.
