It is quite obvious that information has been sought from the chief minister office headed by Yogi Adityanath as concerning the lawlessness and anarchy in the department of civil supplies and department of marketing. जाहिर है कि योगी आदित्यनाथ की अध्यक्षता वाले मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से नागरिक आपूर्ति विभाग और विपणन विभाग में व्याप्तअराजकता और अराजकता पर अंकुश के संबंध में जानकारी मांगी गई है. It is quite obvious that both the public authorities irritated the information seeker through their arbitrary and inconsistent reports to cover their corrupt activities under the carpet on the public grievance portal and government of India and Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Now the matter has been forwarded to the district Magistrate Mirzapur who is also procrastinating on the matter. Whether such anarchy may be tolerated in the regime of an honest chief minister Yogi Adityanath ji? यह बिल्कुल स्पष्ट है कि दोनों लोक प्राधिकरणों ने अपनी मनमानी और असंगत रिपोर्टों के माध्यम से जन शिकायत पोर्टल भारत सरकार और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर अपनी भ्रष्ट गतिविधियों को कारपेट के अंदर ढक करके सूचना चाहने वाले को परेशान किया। अब मामले को जिलाधिकारी मिर्जापुर के पास भेज दिया गया है जो इस मामले में भी ढिलाई बरत रहे हैं। क्या एक ईमानदार मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी के शासन में ऐसी अराजकता बर्दाश्त की जा सकती है? कौन है ईमानदार कोई तो नहीं दिखाई पड रहा है जो सच का सामना कर सके जब सब सही है तो सूचना देने से क्यों भाग रहे है
With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform; (i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement. 2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir following the status of the appeal submitted before the commissioner Vindhyachal division.
