The matter concerns mobile numbers 7379105911, 9794760348 and 9336252631 on which Bharat sanchar Nigam limited is failed to provide Internet data services because in regard to the Internet surfing 2G is not working and 3G is unavailable in the area as in the area of Telephone exchange Jopa Mirzapur where only 2G services are provided by the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited.
Last year I have raised the similar question in the month of May and June and concerned officer told me that 3G services concerning the Jopa telephone exchange is not working but they are making efforts to start the 3G services in the telephone exchange Jopa district Mirzapur.
Think about the gravity of situation that Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited is claiming to provide 4G services but the factual position is that they are failed to provide the data services in the rural area which is matter of ridiculous.
Think about the pace of development in the regime of prime minister Narendra Damodar Modi who is claiming to make India developed country and factual position is that government department is totally failed in his regime and public sector undertakings are being sold in the hand of private players at the less prices. In the name of poor performance and the rampant corruption.
Whether development can be segregated in the name of rural and urban region. If the government has priority for the development of rural area then Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited must explain the cause of unavailability of the data services in the rural area.

The matter concerns mobile numbers 7379105911, 9794760348 and 9336252631 on which Bharat sanchar Nigam limited is failed to provide Internet data services because in regard to the Internet surfing 2G is not working and 3G is unavailable in the area as in the area of Telephone exchange Jopa Mirzapur where only 2G services are provided by the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited. It is quite obvious that the matter concerns the jopa exchange which is situated in the development Block Chhanbey district Mirzapur and earlier grievance was submitted concerned with the telephone exchange Bathua which is situated in the Mirzapur City so this is not duplicate grievance of the earlier submitted grievance. Consequently I can say that they did not take the perusal of the earlier submitted grievance and without taking perusal of the grievance arbitrarily stating that this is duplicate of earlier submitted Grievance.

Now they must disclose it why the 3G services are not available at the jopa exchange while they are talking about the 4G services and other service providers are providing 4G services and they are talking about 5G services.
