3-Provide the total new enrolled students additionally in each class in Lions school as aforementioned.

* Prayer or Relief Sought The matter, concerned with DMOMR/R/2020/60011, filed by the applicant on 16/06/2020. B.S.A. did not provide information within 30 as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. The applicant filed the first appeal as the aggrieved with the procrastination of the B.S.A. Mirzapur. D.M. Mirzapur felt it embarrassing and forwarded the matter under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005.to you bearing registration number: DRBED/R/2020/80189 on 23/09/2020. It is most unfortunate that you Honourable Sir remained failed to provide information within 30 days. You Honourable Sir also violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. D.M. already remained failed to help the applicant. Under frustration, he forwarded the matter to you Honourable Sir but stipulated time is over. Sir, whether it is not anarchy if directions of senior rank in the administrative hierarchy, B.S.A. Mirzapur overlooked.
