Consolidated reply to be given by CEPD

But where is the reply of CEPD? R.T.I. Act 2005 ensures transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities but such cryptic dealings always promote corruption which must be curbed. Whether it is a reasoned approach of CPIO as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of R.T.I. Act 2005?

How can it be resolved by bank of India under the monitoring of reserve Bank of India quite obvious from the submitted arbitrary and inconsistent report? Undoutly it reflects the deep rooted corruption in the working of the banks in this largest democracy in the world and failure of Modi government to control the financial institutions in the country. Here this question arises that when it was explicitly expressed in the grievance that the matter concerns the working of the branch manager Raipuri of the Aryavart Bank then why it was sent by the reserve Bank of India to the bank of India they must explain it? Everyone knows that transparency and accountability in the dealings implies the honesty of the public authority but cryptic dealings always adopted by the public authority to promote the corruption in its working and here cryptic and mysterious dealings of the regulatory body reserve Bank of India only proves deep-rooted corruption in its working by colluding with the banks.

The matter concerns the Aryavart Bank especially its branch Raipuri district Mirzapur. How can reserve Bank of India may send the grievance to the bank of India for the redress instead of aryavart Bank? Whether the SMS alert of the Aryavart Bank is monitored by the bank of India if not then act of the reserve Bank of India is unjustified and illegal.
