Repeated complaints are being overlooked by submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports such practices must be stopped. संदर्भ संख्या : 40019922004345 , दिनांक - 10 Mar 2022 तक की स्थिति आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण :शिकायत संख्या:-40019922004345 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-It is most unfortunate that concerned officers of the department of medical assured the applicant that they will keep in mind regarding the spray of anti- larva solution in the Mohalla Surekapuram colony and there will be regular spray of anti-Lava solution but they remained fail in doing so which reflects the carelessness in the duty by the concerned accountable public functionaries. As far as jansunwai portal is concerned there is no option for spraying anti Lava solution because it comes under the Ambit of chief medical officer district Mirzapur and no option on the jansunwai portal is available to make complaint to the chief medical officer district Mirzapur. High court of judicature at Allahabad number of times alerted the concerned staff of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to curb the hike in the cases of dengue by properly spray of anti Lava solution so that growing number of mosquitoes may be curbed but it seems that they submit the parrot reply before the court and concerned judicial members accept those parrot reply which is the root cause of number of mosquitoes are increasing in the City district Mirzapur alarmingly. Undoubtedly they are not performing their duties regarding the assurance given to the applicant and proper spray of the anti Lava solution is not being carried out by them for many months which is an arbitrary decision and full of the corruption of the concerned public functionaries who are accountable to do so. It is the time when several epidemics are lurking to grasp us so we must be alert with such epidemics and must not provide opportunities to epidemics who may take us in their stranglehold. The matter concerns the carelessness and dereliction of duty by the chief medical officer district Mirzapur he is submitting arbitrary and inconsistent report on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
How can it be justified that chief medical officer district Mirzapur may submit false reports regarding the spray of anti-larva solution in the Surekapuram colony quite obvious from the previous reports submitted on the grievances of the aggrieved applicant?
It is most unfortunate that concerned officers of the department of medical assured the applicant that they will keep in mind regarding the spray of anti- larva solution in the mohalla Surekapuram colony and there will be regular spray of anti -Lava solution but they remained fail in doing so which reflects the carelessness in the duty by the concerned accountable public functionaries.

After half a dozen representations they spread the anti larva solution in the Surekapuram colony district Mirzapur and it is welcome step on the part of them. Think about the bogus reports which were earlier submitted by the concerned department and did not resolve the grievances relevantly caused the troublesome to the aggrieved applicant . Undoubtedly it reflects the deep rooted irregularities in the function of government of Uttar Pradesh who are overlooking the grievances of the suffering people because of the laxity of the public staff and the grievances and complaints made by the suffering people are not reaching to the concerned staff of the government because of the corruption in the government machinery in the state of Uttar Pradesh. How can they claim honesty in the state of Uttar Pradesh if grivances of the people submitted before the accountable public functionaries are not taken seriously by them quite obvious from the lackadaisical approach of the concerned staff.

Undoubtedly cases of dengue are rising in the Mirzapur district but instead of referring the matters to other districts, they are taking zero steps in order to curb it and even precautionary steps like the regular spray of anti larva solutions are not made by the concerned public staffs. Please tell me last date when the spray was made last time by the team of the department and feedback of the team members with the signature of the residents taken during the spray is made. According to the subordinate of chief medical officer Mirzapur, anti larva medicine is sprayed either weekly or at 15 days. In his report, he did not ensure that when the last time, anti larva medicine was sprayed in the Mohalla Surekapuram. It is most unfortunate that why not detail report is being sought in regard to the spray of anti larva medicine in the entire Mirzapur.
