An enquiry may be ordered in the matter so that truth could be unearthed in accordance with the law. Undoubtedly matter is concerned with the deep-rooted corruption and there is nexus between corrupt people in the government which is the root cause that no action is feasible against corrupt staffs. Here there is videography of A.D.O. Panchayat during taking a graft of Rs.100000 a huge graft yet concerned are honest. Most surprising, this huge graft was being taken in the name higher rank bureaucrats.

Concerned accountable public functionaries C.D.O. Priyanka Niranjan had been transferred and New C.D.O. took the charge in Mirzapur district on 21/Jan/2020, then how is it feasible to clean chit to the wrongdoer A.D.O. panchayat Chhanvey Mirzapur who was taking bribe in the name senior officers and caught red handed in the video made by the whistleblower. In the district C.D.O. is the head of developmental works under the monitoring of the District Magistrate. How this this report be credible which integrity itself not impeccable. C.D.O. Priyanka Niranjan itself under the eye of law as serious charges are also on her and she manipulated every thing to set the wrongdoer staff set free who was working senior officers to collect bribes from gram pradhans.This matter has been covered under carpet because of rampant corruption in the government machinery. Allegation with audio visual evidence against A.D.O. Panchayat Chhanvey name-Ashok Dubey at the stage of retirement from the service , he took one Lakh bribe as alleged by public spirited individual Mr. Shiv Shankar.
Most important thing is that this graft of Rs. 100 thousand taken by A.D.O. Panchayat Chhanvey Ashok Dubey in the name senior rank officers and this allegation becomes more serious when the office of D.P.R.O. and likewise offices working as monitoring bodies instead of shielding its office from the proved allegation, protecting wrongdoer staff as he is just going to be retire in order to reap sympathy for him or viral video is old in order to weaken the case. Which shows that there is some link between top to bottom.

जागरण संवाददाता, मीरजापुर : छानबे ब्लाक के एडीओ पंचायत अशोक दूबे द्वारा नोटों की गड्डी लेते वीडियो वायरल हो गया। इस बात की शिकायत जिलाधिकारी से की गई तो डीएम ने जांच कमेटी का गठन कर दिया। अधिकारियों की मानें तो यह वीडियो कई महीने पुराना है और जांच के बाद ही पता चल पाएगा कि पैसे क्यों और किसलिए लिए गए। फिलहाल मामले को लेकर तरह-तरह की चर्चाओं का दौर जारी है।
वायरल वीडियो में यह साफ दिखाई दे रहा है कि एडीओ पंचायत अशोक दूबे नोटों की गड्डी लेकर अपनी कार की सीट के पीछे बने रैक में डाल रहे हैं। वीडियो में जो आवाजें आ रही हैं उससे यह लग रहा है कि पैसा किसी ग्राम प्रधान द्वारा दिया जा रहा है। छानबे ब्लाक के महुआरी कला निवासी शिवशंकर ने इसकी लिखित शिकायत जिलाधिकारी से की और इसकी जांच कर कार्रवाई की मांग की है। स्थानीय लोगों की मानें तो छानबे ब्लाक के दुगौली ग्राम पंचायत में विकास कार्यों का धन अवमुक्त होने के बाद एडीओ पंचायत द्वारा अधिकारियों के नाम पर यह वसूली की गई है। सीडीओ प्रियंका निरंजन ने बताया कि जिलाधिकारी को यह शिकायत मिली है जिस पर जांच कमेटी बना दी गई है और जल्द ही मामले का खुलासा किया जाएगा।
सेवानिवृति के करीब एडीओ पंचायत
छानबे ब्लाक के एडीओ पंचायत द्वारा रिश्वत लेने के मामले में कई चर्चाएं चल रही हैं। डीपीआरओ कार्यालय से जुड़े अधिकारियों की मानें तो दिसंबर में वे सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले हैं। इससे पहले भी एडीओ पंचायत द्वारा सफाईकर्मियों से वसूली का मामला सामने आ चुका है। आरोप है कि वे सफाईकर्मियों की ट्रांसफर-पोस्टिग के नाम पर भी हजारों वसूली करते रहे हैं। इसमें डीपीआरओ कार्यालय के स्थापना पटल के एक वरिष्ठ लिपिक की भी मिलीभगत रहती है। इसकी भी जांच की जानी चाहिए।

2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether video is not a substantial evidence and most important thing is that whatever is being revealed by video concerned is genuine or not if genuine then no matter whether it is old or new as an offender can't be set Scot free on flimsy ground that video is old or on the charity ground that he has reached at the stage of retirement from the service. As corrupt people are just like termite who are hollowing our tree like society society with fast pace.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that since the huge bribe is being taken in the name of senior rank officers so matter must be looked into by higher level team as every one knows that fund meant to development is flowing into the pockets of the corrupt public functionaries and now proved. Think about the gravity of the situation that if the impeccable integrity of senior rank public staffs is under cloud as huge grafts are being taken in the name of senior rank officers, then how the action on the part of district level staffs can win the faith of common citizens?
This is a humble request of the applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? This is the need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy.
