महोदय जैसा की आप को ज्ञात है की अपर सचिव क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय वाराणसी भ्र्ष्टाचार व अनियमितता का गढ  है उसमे भी आप द्वारा एक महीने से ज्यादा समय दिया गया किन्तु अभी शिकायत लंबित है आश्चर्यजनक है अनुष्मारक भेजने के आप की वेबसाइट न तो पंजीकृत चलभाष पर और न हीं पंजीकृत ई  मेल पर ओ. टी. पी. भेजता है  और स्क्रीन पर मैसेज उभरता है की आप ३० दिन के भीतर अनुष्मारक नहीं भेज सकते है जब की शिकायत की तिथि २५ जून है और आज 02 october 2021 है कृपया संलग्नको का अवलोकन करे और भ्र्ष्टाचार रोके पूर्ण मनोयोग से प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक29-09-2021 को फीडबैक:-महोदय वह मुख्यमंत्री जो अपने आप को सब से ईमानदार मुख्य मंत्री कहने में कोई हिचकिचाहट का अनुभव नहीं करते है उनका कार्यालय सूरज कुमार यादव के स्थान पर नीलकमल का रिपोर्ट लगा कर ब्यथा का निस्तारण करा देता है अब इससे बड़ा भ्रस्टाचार और आराजकता क्या हो सकती है यह सच है की उत्तर पदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद् खुद एक भ्र्ष्टाचार का गढ़ है और इनका रीजनल ऑफिस वाराणसी भ्र्ष्टाचार की समस्त सीमाओं का अतिक्रमण कर चुका है कृपया देश प्रदेश को बचाइए इन खून पीने वाले खटमलों से At present there is rule of anarchy in the office of additional secretary, regional office Varanasi of U.P. The matter concerns the correction in the High school mark sheet  of Suraj Kumar Yadav S/O Pattar Yadav , Name of the mother-Lalti Devi. Address of the aggrieved applicant is as -Chandradeepa, Natwan, Jangi Road, Post-Putlighar, District-Mirzapur, PIN code-231001 Applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following points.1-Application of the aggrieved applicant Suraj Kumar Yadav was forwarded by the principal of B.L.J. Inter college Mirzapur on 21/12/2020 and this application along with the annexures as attached to this representation as well was to submit on 29/12/2020, but office of public authority denied accepting the representation and suggested such applications are received through post not physically from the aggrieved applicant so aggrieved applicant sent the representation through the speed registered post on the same date quite obvious from the first page of the attached document. 2-Here with this representation, the attached PDF document contains eight pages. Which are applications forwarded by the principal and supporting papers as suggested by the concerned staff.

A team of the honest people not necessary from the administrative officers of the government may be set up by the government of Uttar Pradesh to check the accountability of the promoters of the anarchy in the regional office Varanasi of Board of Highschool and intermediate at Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh. Honourable Sir may pass the appropriate order as you Honourable Sir deem fit so that growing anarchy and lawlessness may be controlled. Strength of a chain is decided by the robustness of its weakest link. Here the Yogi Government in the state claims to be honest and better than other ever formed governments in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The matter concerns deep rooted corruption in the regional office Varanasi of Board of Highschool and intermediate at Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh which made this office a bastion of irregularity, lawlessness and anarchy created great resentment among the youths in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
