Factual position is that staff of Indian Oil Corporation Limited itself accepted that there are seven subsidies which are to be transferred by the government of India but it is unfortunate that concerned department i.e. ministry of petroleum and natural gas is reluctant to transfer subsidies to the bank account attached to gas connection.
