Section 441 (Criminal Trespass): When someone unlawfully enters a property, or lawfully enters a property but unlawfully remains there (such as a tenant after expiration of tenancy) with the intent to commit an offence, or to intimidate, insult or annoy the person in possession of such property, it amounts to criminal trespass. Section 503 (Criminal Intimidation): Any threat of injury to a person, reputation or property with the intent to cause them to do something which they are not legally bound to do is a form of “criminal intimidation”.

प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक18-10-2021 को फीडबैक:-महोदय उपनिरीक्षक महोदय अधिशाषी अभियंता की रिपोर्ट को अपने अविश्वसनीय रिपोर्ट को आधार बना कर झुठलाया जा रहा है जो उन्होने अपने अवर अभियंता के रिपोर्ट के आधार पर दी है परिसर की चेकिंग ०२ सितम्बर २०२१ को अवर अभियंता द्वारा किया गया है और अवर अभियंता ०८ सितम्बर २०२१ की रिपोर्ट संलग्न है जिसमे दिलीप सिंह पुत्र रघुवर दयाल सिंह के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी धारा १३५ के तहत कराई गई है अब चुकी जाँच अधिकारी उपनिरीक्षक महोदय पूर्ण रूप से पक्षपात पर उतर आये है इसलिए दबंगो के दबाव पीड़ितों को नजर अंदाज कर रहे जो न्यायोचित नहीं है जो वे कृत्य कर रहे है वह वल्नरेबल सेक्शन के शोषण से ज्यादा कुछ नहीं है श्री मान जी अधिशाषी अभियंता क्लास १ का पोस्ट है और खुद अवर अभियंता का ग्रेड उपनिरीक्षक से ज्यादा है इसलिए उनकी रिपोर्ट कितनी विश्वसनीय है समय ही बताएगा सच तो यह है उपनिरीक्षक महोदय को आंग्ल भाषा समझ में ही नहीं आयी है और वह अपने मनमाना रिपोर्ट लगाने में ही वयस्त रहे हो सकता अब सी श्रेणीकृत होने के बाद फीडबैक पढ़े उन्हें कुछ महसूस हो यह तो मई शुरू से हे कह रहा हूँ पुलिस दबंगो से मिली हुई है जिसकी जांच होनी चाहिए और मै अपने प्रतिनिधि के माध्यम से उच्चाधिकारिओं के समक्ष पेश होना चाहता हूँ
