A petition under Article 32 of the constitution of India to seek remedy in the matter concerned with the harassment of the innocent and gullible people in the state of Uttar Pradesh by the office of additional secretary, regional office Varanasi as the chief minister office is the mute spectators of the lawlessness and anarchy of the this office.

Prayer-A team of the honest people not necessary from the administrative officers of the government may be set up by the government of Uttar Pradesh to check the accountability of the promoters of the anarchy in the regional office Varanasi of Board of Highschool and intermediate at Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh. Honourable Sir may pass the appropriate order as you Honourable Sir deem fit so that growing anarchy and lawlessness may be controlled. 

Strength of a chain is decided by the robustness of its weakest link. Here the Yogi Government in the state claims to be honest and better than other ever formed governments in the state of Uttar Pradesh. 

The matter concerns deep rooted corruption in the regional office Varanasi of Board of Highschool and intermediate at Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh which made this office a bastion of irregularity, lawlessness and anarchy created great resentment among the youths in the state of Uttar Pradesh. 

With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.

1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that  51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;

(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.

Additional secretary regional office Varanasi U.P. Board submitted report of Neelkamal to dispose of grievance of Suraj Kumar Yadav

How can it be justified that Government of Uttar Pradesh redress the grievance of Suraj Kumar Yadav by the report of Neelkamal?

Think about insensitivity of Government of Uttar Pradesh that in the grievance of Suraj Kumar Yadav, report of Neelkamal submitted

3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that action may be taken in the serious matter concerning the persecution of innocent and gullible youths to promote corruption by office of additional secretary, regional office Varanasi of U.P. Board. Undoubtedly, we can not remain silent spectators on this crucial issue as the credibility of the supervisory body in the state of Uttar Pradesh is also under cloud. Otherwise why are they overlooking the repeated complaints on the matters of serious allegations of corruption? 

   4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that following information sought from the chief minister office but the immediately forwarded the matter under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 as usual. It is a well known fact that the Jansunwai portal is monitored by the chief minister office and if there is irregularity in the working of the portal, then how can the accountability of the personnel of the chief minister office be overlooked?

In the aforementioned grievances of information seeker concerning Suraj Kumar Yadav, additional secretary submitted report of Neelkamal at the place of Suraj Kumar Yadav, Vide first page of attached PDF document. 

PIO, Chief minister office may provide the following information pointwise as sought.

1-Provide the copy of the circular which allows the report of Neelkamal to submit in the grievance of Suraj Kumar Yadav to dispose of the grievance submitted on the Jansunwai portal.

2-If the act of the additional secretary, regional office Varanasi is illegal, then provide the details of punishment awarded to the additional secretary, regional office Varanasi of U.P. Board.

Please provide the reason for not disposing of the aforementioned grievance. Set time limit exceeded by additional secretary so provide the action details taken against additional secretary.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your applicant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.
