आवेदक का नाम-Shiv Kumariविषय-The matter concerns the cheating of a son with the parents and with his own brothers but Kotwali Katra police is overlooking the matter, not registering a first information report in the matter, and submitting arbitrary, inconsistent and arbitrary reports on the Jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Applicant submitted representation before deputy registrar Sadar Mirzapur for copy of the registry paper which was made available under his signature dated 02 Aug 2021 quite obvious from the first page of the attached PDF document to the representation. On the first page of registry paper attached as second page of the attached document to the representation, there is mobile number of aggrieved applicant Shiv Kumari who is illiterate can not do her own sign which is as Mobile number-984781289387 which is invalid number. There is also the mobile numbers of Vinod Kumar Gupta and his wife Radha Devi which are as follows 7398853946 and 939381289387 respectively in which second mobile number is invalid. This implies that entire process of registry carried out in the office of the deputy registrar sadar is not free from flaws and sins. According to police report, whatever address of the aggrieved applicant is available differs from the address of the registry paper. Now I want to focus on the core issue. According to Circle rate decided by the district magistrate, the total price of the Land is Rs.1040000 which means Ten Lakh Forty thousand rupees and during registry prices are kept low to save stamp duty. Which means price of impugned land is greater than Ten Lakh Forty thousand rupees which has been cheated by a son from her 70 years old mother by misleading her. Now it is job of the police concerned to prove it that price of land has been provided to aggrieved Shiv Kumari by her accused son and daughter-in-law as well as Shiv Kumari has received this amount. Here claim of the accused son and daughter-in-law is that they have purchased the land, so they must provide the substantial evidence how they acquired the huge amount and in what way they paid it to the aggrieved 70 years old revered lady. Also concerned police check if the claim of the accused son and daughter-in-law is true, then where is gone huge amount paid to the 70 years old aggrieved mother Shiv Kumari. Here is this point to be noted that execution of the job of the registry is bipolar, and one pole is aggrieved with the executed registry and complaint is against the registry because others did not comply the terms and conditions which was promised by them. Here executed registry is under protest. An essential component of the registry is the payment of the price of the land if at any stage, it is proved that they have not paid the price of the land, then the registry will be deemed void. Only police can trace the truth if efficient in transparent and accountable manner. Moreover, please do not request the accused son and daughter-in-law to provide 5 Kg flour as it is not only corruption but also against the dignity. I am not a beggar which is the root cause I earn living by picking up garbage/rubbish on the streets and selling it. A seventy years old want justice from the police and others accountable public functionaries.

यदि लेखपाल और तहसीलदार सदर मामले को समझ सकते है तो उपनिरीक्षक निरीक्षक और पुलिस अधीक्षक मामले को क्यों नहीं समझ पा रहे है की मामला विपक्षियों द्वारा विक्रय की गयी जमीन की कीमत न अदा करने से सम्बंधित है उन्होंने अभी तक क्रेता को एक चवन्नी भी नहीं दिया है जो की पूर्ण रूप से अपराधिक मामला है किन्तु पुलिस मामले में वही रिपोर्ट तिथि बदल बदल कर लगा रही है श्री मान जी ७० वर्ष की महिला यदि जमीन की कीमत मिल जाती तो सड़क पर टहल कर कूड़ा न बीनती श्री मान जी क्या यह मानवाधिकार हनन का मामला नहीं है अभी तक पुलिस मामले में प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट तक दर्ज नहीं किया है
