* Prayer or Relief Sought Respected first appellate authority with great regard appellant draws the kind attention to the following points. 

1-R.T.I. request received in the office of chief minister online on 07/04/2021 and PIO concerned transferred it to DGP office under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 on 14/07/2021 as the matter was closely connected to department of police.

2-R.T.I. request received in the office of Director General of police online on 14/07/2021 and PIO concerned transferred it to the office of police commissioner Varanasi under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 on 24/07/2021 as the matter was closely connected to the office of police commissioner Varanasi.

3-R.T.I. request received in the office of commissioner of police Varanasi online on 24/07/2021 and PIO concerned forwarded it to the office of Assistant police commissioner Bhelupur, Varanasi under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 on 28/07/2021 as the matter was closely connected to the office of Assistant police commissioner Bhelupur Varanasi.

4-It is 04 Aug 2021 today which means stipulated 30 days prescribed time under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to provide information exhausted and assistant police commissioner Bhelupur Varanasi did not provide information to the information seeker.

5-Ipso facto obvious that assistant police commissioner Bhelupur, Varanasi Mr. Chakra Pani Tripathi violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005.

Please initiate disciplinary proceedings against the assistant police commissioner Bhelupur, Varanasi Mr. Chakra Pani Tripathi and provide information to the information seeker at the earliest. For this, the appellant shall ever pray you, Honourable Sir.
