Sugun Singh submitted representation before Human Rights Commission Uttar Pradesh as her petition is being overlooked

The matter concerns Sugun Singh whose husband died last year during the Coronavirus pandemic. Sir, office of the subdivisional magistrate Sadar wants to make the petition dated-20/06/2021 submitted under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, U.P. Act No. 8 of 2012 Last Updated 30th March 2021 of the widow Sugun Singh W/O Krishna Kumar Singh  infructuous through its cryptic working style because of the corrupt practices prevailed in the office. Sir, think about the comment dated 20/07/2021 made on the report submitted by the office of S.D.M. Sadar in शिकायत संख्या:-40019921011008 of the aggrieved widow that aggrieved may seek remedy under section 116 vide page 5 of attached document to the representation while the factual position is that aforementioned petition under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006,received in the office of the S.D.M. Sadar on 21/06/2021 quite obvious from the attached speed tracking from the website of the department of post.

Prayer-Please direct the S.D.M. Sadar Mirzapur to entertain the petition of the widow impartially in transparent and accountable manner, instead depriving her of justice in cryptic and mysterious working style. S.D.M. Sadar may initiate the process which would be followed by the aggrieved widow through its representative in good faith.

Revenue Code, 2006, U.P. Act No. 8 of 2012 Last Updated 30th March 2021 with request for immediate action. Aforementioned representation received in the office of the S.D.M. Sadar on 21/06/2021 quite obvious from the attached speed tracking from the website of the department of post. I pray before the Honourable Sir that entire land which is in the side of road is under the possession of Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh and widow is unable to reach the land arbitrarily provided by the Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh as her share who is the eldest son of Surujoo Singh as aforementioned. As stated above his sons are of criminal nature so time and his sons assault the applicant and her sons whenever we go to the piece of land provided by them arbitrarily as our share and Vindhyachal police says that matter concerns the department of revenue so take reprieve from the Tahsil sadar under the law of land.
