The last knight it caught fire in the box installed in the nearby Pole to the transformer through which many connections of the electricity have been given by the department of electricity. As a proof video has been made. There was fire with explosion after sometime reached to the transformer it also caught fire in the transformer and here this question arises that whether the transformer is still safe or not it will be decided by the staff after department of electricity but concerned staffs of the department of electricity is still not reached to the site of the transformer to correct it.The problem of residents of the mohalla- Surekapuram is that they not only slept in the night with the mosquitoes but also facing the water crisis in the morning because their submersible pumps are not working in the morning and more problem is that transformer installed for the telephone exchange is not working as well. Which caused the disruption in the network so means of communication will also not act properly because of the Disa disruption in the supply of electricity so there is urgent need of action to restore the supply of the supply of electricity and it is to be informed that still the concerned is staff of the department of electricity is not making efforts to repair the this transformer installed in the Surekapuram so that the restoration of the supply of electricity may be continued and the residents of the Surekapuram colony may take sigh of relief.This is a humble request of your applicant to direct the concerned staffs of the department of electricity to correct the defective transformer of the department of electricity in order to restore the supply of electricity in the Mohalla Surekapuram district Mirzapur.

Here report submitted after prolonged delay when the matter was concerned with basic amenities being provided to the citizens. How the accountability will be fixed if such delay will be made in submitting the reports. If the end of an action is good then it is said that action has been successful. Here our efforts remained successful so we should celebrate as they have restored the supply of electricity. We should be thankful to the God who changed the mindset of the concerned so they acted swiftly in the matter. Our motive is good governance which can only be achieved if action on the part of the government may be swift and prompt.

  2. Supply of electricity subjects to the transformer installed at the site but if there will be delay in installing the transformer then how the 24 hours supply of electricity will be feasible.
    Undoubtedly the matter concerns the basic amenities being provided by the government of Uttar Pradesh to its citizens if the grievance is submitted on the public grievance portal of the Government of India will be resolved by the concerned public functionaries after 1 month in such a matter how the basic amenities will be ensured to reach the needy?

I think that they must ensure the basic amenities to the needy and supply of electricity is a great problem and when the government functionaries have promised 24 hours continuous supply to the consumers then they must fulfill their promises. Here in this case they were informed properly by the public spirited person so they installed the transformer in the decided time. To install new transformer but in the case where accountable public functionary is are not properly intimated then when they fulfill their promises?

  4. They took one month time to redress the grievance and sending the message regarding redress of the grievance. Which does not reflect good governance. Regarding Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh, they are not informing the aggrieved regarding disposal of grievances because of corruption.
