I said that there was an signals issue here in the last time phone conversation with the number from police. Anyway I will co-operate with you in email. Even after filling the complaint with the police the person involved in the crime keep on sending me WhatsApp message to deposit GST amount in another account. It means you have not started your investigation with accused and wasting time in conversation of phone calls with me.

I tried to apply for an online application for PM Kusum Yojana and failed many times. Then I finally sought assistance from others and applied for the same. But it looks like fraudulent activity and hence requests you for action and return money if it is fraudulently done.

The government websites are not working properly for PM Kusum Yojana online methods and make the way for fraudulent activities in the name of helping farmers by some companies or agents and have deceived their money. I have a qualified PhD degree but I couldn't apply  on my own on the website and definitely will seek help from others for survival with agriculture works. Then the forgery started here with farmers. I can produce the persons who spoke directly against me and spread the rumors. Some fellows are still speaking against me in public places and support the fake allegations. They are all drunken fellows and I am not taking it but the police should take it seriously. 

Yesterday night One person from kannanallur might be army personnel and his wife from police department blocked the pattarpuram main road with their cars and bikes for some defamation words from drunken fellows. This is the attitude of educated persons towards defamation but we are all educated fellows are silent on defamation words for the sake of dowry cases. Even police official have to behave uncivilized way for defamation by blocking roads and use rubbish words with the crowd support in front of my house 149.

The Karunkulam family will deceive Vadivel and his mother Pechiyammal without Subramanian. Mr Subramanian didnt give any legal separation or divorce to this family. If anybody involve again anything against me in defamation first legal complaint will be given against them. This family is also locking my ancestral house door and refused the keys for my stay. Now I am homeless for several weeks and manage it with friends. Ms Gokila and her family may file dowry and sex harassment cases to threaten me and separate me from my family so that I took preventive measures. As the fools are there in Court and police department I couldnt make it risk again in my life for seeking justice.

The matter concerns the widow of an Army personnel being harassed by the branch manager concerned tyrannically. An enquiry may be ordered to fix the accountability.
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Uma Singh W/O Shiv Bahadur Singh. Detail of the aggrieved applicant is as follows.  4-According to new guidelines of the reserve bank of India, S.M.S. alerts are sent regarding the transactions made into the account to ensure security on the registered mobile number of the account holder which is provided by the applicant account holder during opening the account after due processing but unfortunately no facility is available. 
5-Whether branch manager concerned has reasoned approach in inviting senior citizens at branch office  again and again on the flimsy ground during this Coronavirus pandemic when need of hour is to confine oneself to home quarantine.

Widow of Defence personnel was called on three times on the Talai Bazar Branch of Bank of Baroda and revered lady travelled three times from Feb to June from Sultanpur to Tilai Bazar District-Allahabad to verify documents but it is unfortunate that requisite documents still not reached to the central pension processing centre. Whether it is not corruption?

Undoubtedly our media is playing the same role as Charan and Bhat were playing during the medieval history period. These Charan and Bhat used to glorify its kings falsely which resulted in the entire territory gone into the possession of foreign invaders and innocent people faced atrocity of foreign invaders. Here in this country, there is complete lawlessness, anarchy, arbitrariness and mismanagement which is being glorified by the cunning media.

3-Third point is misleading as pension is not being provided ipso facto delay was made but cause of delay was not made available. 

If the delay was made at the level of branch, then R.T.I. communique had to be forwarded to the branch concerned under subsection 3 of section 6 of Right to Information Act 2005.

Cryptic reply is the root cause of the prevailed corruption and anarchy in the dealings of the public authority. The matter raised before you because the bank illegally and arbitrarily withheld the pension of aggrieved widow of Uma Singh W/O Shiv Bahadur Singh. It is fact that there is complete lawlessness and anarchy in this largest democracy in the world but it is obligatory duty that our accountable public functionaries in the government must make an effort to preserve and protect the democratic institutions in this country and those who are targeting the innocent and gullible citizens of this country through their corrupt practices must be subjected to penal proceeding under the law as we are no more safe in this democracy. Undoubtedly the government has failed to protect our properties, as banking institutions loot us through their mysterious and cryptic services which are being provided by them and most surprising is that government functionaries have been so corrupt that they are promoting this loot of the banking institutions. This is humble request of your applicant that an enquiry may be ordered into the matter so that wrongdoers may be subjected to the penal proceedings of the law of land and aggrieved applicant Ashutosh Kumar Yadav may get justice and his money may be refunded into his account. It is a fact that ATM centres of the banks in this largest democracy in the world are no more safe for the customers of the bank but they have been the hub of looting the customers.

An application on behalf of Ashutosh Kumar Yadav S/O Khattan Prasad to seek refund of Rs.7700 as ATM transaction failed despite this money was deducted by the Bank of Baroda. Details of the aggrieved account holder as aforementioned is as follows. Account Name-Ashutosh Kumar Yadav, Name of the Bank-Bank of Baroda, Account number-10388100011168 Branch name-Mirzapur U.P. I.F.S.C. Code-BARBOJABMIR, Village-Chilh, Post-Chilh, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231312 Uttar Pradesh Mobile number-9696006866Prayer-Three transactions made by the account holder on ATM which remained failed but money was deducted from the account of account holder as aforementioned which are still not refunded into account of aggrieved account holder. Please direct the accountable staff of the Bank of Baroda to arrange the refund of the deducted amount during the failed transaction through the ATM. Herewith this representation attached PDF document has three pages which are as 1- Bank detail 2-Failed transactions details 3-Complaints made regarding the refund of amount deducted by the Bank of Baroda during the failed transactions. Summary of the case- As the three transactions failed, aggrieved aforementioned account holder made call to customer care and customer care assured the deducted amount to be refunded within 24 hours. Sir after 24 hours aggrieved account holder lodged three complaints regarding failed transactions and money deducted by the bank concerned with request to refund the money to account of the account holder. Date to dispose of the complaint was fixed by them up to 22 March 2021 but it is unfortunate that they did not refund the money to the account of the account holder.

Sir/Madam, We hereby inform that Customer has lodged 3 complaints. DBFN7217486492, DBFN7217486675, DBFN7217486746 - All the above cases were rejected on pre arbitartion level by the acquiring bank. We have sent 3 reminder mails to customers base branch and also tried to contact the customer and branch for arbitration process. In absence of any response, the TAT for raising arbitration is expired. Regards

This is humble request of your applicant that an enquiry may be ordered into the matter so that wrongdoers may be subjected to the penal proceedings of the law of land and aggrieved applicant Ashutosh Kumar Yadav may get justice and his money may be refunded into his account. It is a fact that ATM centres of the banks in this largest democracy in the world are no more safe for the customers of the bank but they have been the hub of looting the customers. Cheating of banking institutions in India. Sir according to the aggrieved Ashutosh Kumar Yadav concerned are thieves but in my opinion they are super thieves and they are seeking 590 rupees per transaction which are failed because of mismanagement of bank itself as fee for the arbitration which is completely illegal and unconstitutional as it was obligatory duty of the concerned banking institution to protect and shield the money which is deposited in the bank but they remained failed when they had failed in pursuing their own duties how can they charge the money from the aggrieved customer of the Bank who was facing monetary loss because of their negligence of duty? Here it must be decided whose fault caused the failure in the transactions? Here it is quite obvious that third grade services provided by the bank concerned must be examined and concerned Banking institutions must be subjected to the proper action by the government functionaries in accordance with the law of land. It is a fact that ATM centres of the banks in this largest democracy in the world are no more safe for the customers of the bank but they have been the hub of looting the customers.
