Grievance Details : An application on behalf of my daughter Bhoomika Singh who made the following order and because of substandard product delivery it was returned back, but the return back order was not ensured by the courier partner of the meesho online shopping platform.

Moreover, repeated irritating calls are being made on behalf of Meesho online platform and this computer call automatically made on the mobile number of the applicant i.e. mobile number- 9336252631, vide attached PDF documents to this grievance. These irritating calls are being made from different locations. 

The matter concerns the non pick up of written order by the Courier partner of the meesho online shopping platform.

Think of the state of dilemma in this computer call, Caller gives three options to the customer if the courier agent reaches the place of delivery, then press 1, if reschedule the return order press 2 if wants to cancel the return request press 3. Just after it the call ends. 

Here the courier agent did not reach the place of delivery in order to comply with the return order so they may arrange the next pickup order which was their normal duty but they made it complicated which is showing their cryptic and mysterious behaviour.

They were streaming their irritating calls up till late evening and created a harassing situation. Whether such harassment of consumers is justified.

Here they can keep the simple option of yes or no if the courier agent reached at the place of delivery then say yes if not reach then say no but it was not done so.
