3- The 3rd page of the attached PDF document shows the picture of the endless long queues of huge crowd of patients consequences of mismanagement in the working of the chief medical superintendent of the Barrister Hazrat Yusuf Imam hospital Mirzapur.
Today I visited at 9:30 in the morning with the lure of the less crowd before the door of the X-ray centre along with his daughter Bhumika Singh earlier tuberculosis patient but suffering with same symptoms which was reflected during the earlier stage of cure of the tuberculosis.
We were glad to see that there was no crowd before the door of X-Ray centre and it was expected that it is today, X-ray test will be carried out by the concerned staff of the divisional hospital Mirzapur, but they told this X-ray machine has been defective and dysfunctional. It was highly frustrating statement for us.
This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected sir that please get to repair the defective machine as soon as possible and make arrangements to control the crowd and ensure the term of each patient so that every patient may reap benefits of xray test being provided by the government to citizens.
Whether this defect in the X-ray machine may not be man created to provide the benefits to the private players who are providing their services in this field and earning the benefits and few of them belong to the department itself.
Please take action in the matter in accordance with the law and provide facilities to the needy so that the applicant may be benefited with the available public services in the department of medical and health.

Rating Remarks
Now they are thinking about overcoming the mismanagement prevailed in the administrative management of the hospital and trying to remove the irregularities and crowd in the divisional hospital Mirzapur. If our motive is good governance then there is no place of anarchy in providing public services. I think that they had accepted that long queues is the blocking stone in providing public services and also such mismanagement causes the corruption in the working of the public authority. Poor quality of public services cannot be a signal of good governance so improvement is essential and they are taking steps to improve the public services may be considered as a welcome step. My efforts are beneficial to the common people and providing pleasure moments to the applicant. Whether good governance can be provided by the government if the government is having such carelessness among their staff. Good governance can be achieved through transparency and accountability.
