Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the circle Officer traffic district Mirzapur.
An application under Article 51 A of the Constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the frequent traffic jams on the Shitla Mandir Tri-corner Road Bathua Mirzapur.
The matter concerns the frequent traffic jam at the Shitla Mandir Tri-corner Road district Mirzapur. The most respected sir please take a glance at the attached photographs to the grievance concerning the traffic jam between Surekapuram Gate via Sheetla Mandir Tri-corner Road to Seftan mill. The cause of this traffic jam is the tempo standing on the side of the road waiting for commuters. One 4th of the road is covered by these tempos. Three traffic police personnel and three home guards are there on duty from early in the morning to the late evening. Most respected Sir whether it is not illegal parking and why the concerned police personnel do not take action against such tempos who are causing unnecessary traffic Jams and creating problems in the management.
Short submissions of the applicant are as follows.
1- Concerned accountable traffic police staff must tell the applicant whether there are no frequent traffic jams on the Shitla Mandir Tri-corner Road Bathua Mirzapur.
2- If the siren of the vehicles of public staff sounds then these traffic police personnel become alert and ensure the vehicles safe passage and VIPs do not face traffic jams. Why do not they show the same alertness for the common people?
3- I think that more than two dozen vehicles are administrative officers pass through this road daily and they face the problem but why are they adopting reluctant approach in the matter?
4- How the roadside tempo stands are justified despite the stern warning of Chief Minister Mr Yogi Adityanath regarding the illegal vehicle stands.
5- Whether the huge funds are spent by the government for the tempo stands if not then such illegal tempo stands which are plying on the side of road must be stopped.
The consequence of the traffic jam is that the job/task which is to be performed in 15 minutes are being executed in 30 minutes. This is a humble request of the applicant the matter concerns the wide public interest which must be sorted out by the concerned police personnel with due care and attention. For this, the applicant shall ever pay you, most respected sir.
