2- From the following status of the submitted RTI appeal by the appellant it is obvious that in this status no mobile number and name of FAA have been provided causing inconvenience to information seekers in proceeding the matters.

Registration Number       DIRMH/A/2024/60559

Name            Yogi M P Singh

Date of Filing          06/08/2024

Status           APPEAL FORWARDED TO CONCERNED FIRST APPELLATE AUTHORITY as on 07/08/2024

Appellate Authority Details:- Telephone Number:- , Email Id:- diradmncamp@gmail.com

3- From the aforementioned status of the online RTI application, it is quite obvious that the appellant submitted the RTI application on 18th June 2024 and this rti communique was transferred to the public information officer on 19th June 2024. It is 30th September 2024 today and no information has been made available by the concerned public information officer to the appellant quite obvious from the status.

4- Right to Information Act 2005 was introduced by government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities and this act was published in 2005 and it is 2024 which means 19 years passed but most unfortunate thing is that public information officers are not providing information within stipulated 30 days which is a mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005.

5- Concerned PIO DGMH Karmik Section Designation Joint Director

It is most surprising that a public staff Whose rank is of joint director does not know the prescribed time to provide information to the information seekers is a matter of serious concern and I think that accountable staff of the government must meditate on it.

To ensure transparency and accountability in the government machinery, this act was introduced so that growing corruption in the government machinery could be controlled, but instead of controlling the corruption of government machinery the rampant corruption in the government machinery itself diluted the provisions of right to information act 2005.

6- This matter not only concerns the private practice of a government doctor but also concerns the human rights violation of a vulnerable lady who was mistreated under the bad supervision of a government doctor is a matter of serious concern. The Joint director of the Department of medical and health is procrastinating on such a serious issue.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your appellant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.

Date-30/09/2024                                                Yours sincerely

Yogi M. P. Singh, Mobile number- 7379105911,

Mohalla- Surekapuram colony, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN code-231001.
