Received the reply from SRO Nanguneri SA 13479/SCIC/2022 and the documents copies of 803/22 with death certificate copy of Vanumamalai konar, Perumal. The registration is done by the eldest daughter Nachiyar, Subramanian, Sundaram, Muthu Lakshmi, Rengan, Vadivu (Wife of late Perumal), Kannan (son of Perumal). In this sharing of assets of Late Vanumamalai konar, there is no mention of Mr Subramanian share and bhis legal son or wife. He sold all his shares and bought a house for an illegal wife. Therefore I require legal action under illegal bigamy and share of the house in 31AB Melamount road Tirunelveli town 627 006.

I have not received any reply from the PIO/FAA in RTI Query for fraudulent registration of ancestral property of Late Mr Vanumamalai konar on 19th May 2022 document registration no. 803/2022 and hence asked the action report copies on the cancellation under enquiry to be conducted under Section 68(2) of the Registration Act, 1908 by the District Registrars 69 of registration act and demanded that information under RTI act 2005. No reply is received/denied the information within the stipulated time period 24th and 27th October 2022 fixed by the SCIC in the case orders SA 14575/SCIC/2022 and SA 13479/SCIC/2022. I request the SIC to consider this PIO for imposing penalty for not replying in prescribed time period and recommend suitable action against first appellate authority as per the conduct rules for delay and the said officer also to be trained to deal with transparency law.
