This enquiry does not concern with the loan but making enquiry concerning illegal possession of the vehicle by HDB Financial Services.
You have illegally acquired the vehicle as the lone source of income to the borrower and source of livelihood of the family.
HDB Financial Services is now doing business and earning profits from the vehicle so it is not revealing any information.
Borrower needed the information regarding his vehicle being used by the concerned financial company for many years, not about the loan which was paid with the encroachment of the vehicle by the financial company arbitrarily.
Forgive me, you are only authorized to talk about loans on behalf of HDB Financial Services and I am only authorized to make enquiry regarding the vehicle taken under possession by the HDB Financial Services illegally.
Thanks a lot for parrot trailing unproductive emails sent by the staff of HDB Financial Services instead of touching the core issue.
