Grievance Description
With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Article 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence.
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the matter concerns the working of the circle officer Phulpur, District-Prayagraj not abiding the criminal procedure code and Indian Penal Code in registering the First Information Report. There is complete anarchy and arbitrariness in the working of the police MauAima so the applicant invites the comments of the aforementioned officer under Article 51 A of the constitution of India.

3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that Whether it is justified to arrest a victim who was mercilessly beaten by the opposite party when he had visited the police station to register a first information report against the individuals involved in assaulting him, station officer Mauaima arrested him and put in the lockup. Whether it is not a human rights violation committed by the police. The applicant is a human rights defender and making following enquiry under Article 51A of the constitution of India in order to curb the human rights violations. It is quite obvious that the police took under their teeth the provisions of law in the matter.
3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that the matter concerns the application submitted by the Saurabh Singh alias Rajan Singh son of Tej Bahadur Singh village Saraijeet Rai urf pure Bhava police station Mauaima tehsil phoolpur district prayagraj.
This application submitted before the station officer Mauaima on first March 2023 is quite obvious from the first page of the attached PDF documents to this RTI application.
The rest of the three photographs attached to the PDF document showing the injuries on the body of Saurabh Singh son of Tej Bahadur Singh.
A Public information officer in the office of senior superintendent of police district Prayagraj may provide the following information to the applicant.
1-Please provide the action taken on the aforementioned application by the station officer Mauaima with the description of the sections of the Indian penal code.
2-The applicant had made two calls to the circle officer Phulpur and told him the entire facts of the case. Please provide the action taken report in the matter by the circle officer Phulpur.
3-Please provide the copy of the medical examination report of the medical test carried out in the primary health centre of the victim Saurabh Singh alias Rajan Singh son of Tej Bahadur Singh.
4-Victim Saurabh Singh alias Rajan Singh son of Tej Bahadur Singh is in the custody of the Mauaima police. Please provide the date and time of arrest and place when the police detained the victim.
5-Provide the details of the police staff which arrested the victim Saurabh Singh alias Rajan Singh son of Tej Bahadur Singh village Saraijeet Rai urf pure Bhava police station Mauaima tehsil phoolpur district Prayagraj.
6-Provide the details of the articles found in the possession of the victim Saurabh Singh alias Rajan Singh son of Tej Bahadur Singh when the police arrested him.

महोदय स्पष्ट है कि प्रार्थना पत्र में लिखी गई किसी भी बिंदु का संबंधित पुलिस द्वारा समुचित उत्तर नहीं दिया गया बल्कि संबंधित पुलिस भूमि कब्जा करने के कुत्सित प्रयासों पर विपक्षियों के कार्यों पर ऊपर पर्दा डालने का प्रयास कर रही है और पुलिस ऐसा क्यों कर रही है क्योंकि सभी जानते हैं कि उस जमीन की कीमत रुपया 6000000 हैं महोदय सौरभ सिंह पुत्र तेज बहादुर सिंह की प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट मऊआइमा थाना द्वारा क्यों नहीं लिखी गई यह खुद में आश्चर्यचकित करने वाली बात है जबकि इसकी सूचना सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त फूलपुर को दी गई थी सच तो यह है कि मऊआइमा पुलिस जवाबदेही और पारदर्शी तरीके से पारदर्शिता से कार्य नहीं कर रही है और इनकी कार्यशैली में पक्षपात स्पष्ट रूप से है महोदय मऊआइमा पुलिस यह भूल रही है कि मामले में मेडिकल एग्जामिनेशन रिपोर्ट खुद पुलिस द्वारा तैयार कराया गया है जिसमें सौरभ सिंह पुत्र तेज बहादुर सिंह को गंभीर चोटे आई है किंतु इनको तो दिखाई नहीं पड़ेगा और दिखाई तो उसको पड़ता है जिसकी कार्यशैली निष्पक्ष हो जब व्यक्ति पक्षपात पूर्ण हो जाता है तो उसको सही और गलत कभी नहीं दिखाई पड़ता है जो स्पष्ट है
