Here the substantial question is concerned with the tyranny and arbitrariness of the loan providing institution. Whether the repayment of loan will be feasible if the vehicle will be in the possession of the financial company.
Here one thing is quite obvious that you are running away from disclosing the truth on the platform of the government which means there is no transparency and accountability in the dealings of the company.
The loss occurred to the aggrieved applicant because of the arbitrary decision of the financial institution, how will it be compensated by the company?

Grievance Details : An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of मंगला प्रसाद प्रजापति पुत्र रामऔतार निवासी तहसील की गली वाली रोड, महुअरिया मीरजापुर 231001, Mobile number-9580275895 to know the current status of the vehicle under the possession of the financial company and subsequent action in the matter. Following application has been sent by the applicant to the branch manager HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD,RatanganjGround Floor, House No.87, Ward No.10, Triveni Campus, Ratanganj, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - 231001 quite obvious from the attached communication. यह कि प्रार्थी ने आपकी एच०डी०बी० फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेस तेलियागंज, जनपद मीरजापुर की शाखा से एक वाहन मॉडल टाटा एल०टी०टी० 2515 रजि0 नं0 UP63K9251 फाइनेंस कराया था जिसका लोन एकाउन्ट नंबर 2888169 और UCIC नंबर 4833344 है। प्रार्थी ने उक्त वाहन के किश्त की अदायगी समय-समय पर करता चला आया है। उक्त वाहन के खाई में गिर जाने पर दुर्घटना सतना (म0प्र0) में हुई थी। उक्त दुर्घटनाग्रस्त वाहन को आपकी कम्पनी एच०डी०बी० फाइनेंस कम्पनी के सतना शाखा द्वारा उक्त वाहन को दिनांक 06.02.2020 को अपने सुपुर्दगी / आधिपत्य में ले लिया गया था और उक्त वाहन को ओम साईराम कार्पोरेशन पार्किंग यार्ड सतना में खड़ा करा लिया गया था। आज तक प्रार्थी को उक्त वाहन की सुपुर्दगी नहीं दी गयी है। न ही उक्त वाहन का आज तक पता चला है जिसके सम्बन्ध में प्रार्थी आपसे वर्तमान समय में उक्त वाहन के बारे में पूर्ण जानकारी चाहता है कि प्रार्थी का उक्त वाहन कहां पर और किस स्थिति में हैं या प्रार्थी का वाहन आपके द्वारा नीलाम करा दिया गया तो प्रार्थी का जितना भी फाइनेंस के किश्त के पैसे की अदायगी / भुगतान किया गया है वह सम्पूर्ण रूपया ब्याज सहित आपके फाइनेंस कम्पनी में कितना रुपया जमा किया गया है और उक्त वाहन के सम्बन्ध में पूर्ण जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने की कृपा करें कि आपकी कम्पनी द्वारा प्रार्थी को पैसा वापस करना है या प्रार्थी से आपकी कम्पनी को पैसा कितना लेना बाकी है की सूचना उपलब्ध कराने की कृपा करें।Please take action under the intimation of the aggrieved applicant.
