Grievance Description
The bridge connects main road with Enasamy temple in the pattarpuram village of Nanguneri taluk have been constructed by the people of the village with poor material and Stones from farming background. The brigde cant withstand any heavy vehicle to cross the bridge but some months back the JCB vehicle owned by thevar community may be from Marukalkurichi/Nanguneri have collapsed the bridge completely with his vehicle. People say that he often use this bridge by riding that heavy vehicle JCB and park the vehicle in the temple land belong to Yadav or konars community of village. Now the bride is broken by him and the rain water stopped by his foolish driving skill in the weak bridge. I have given complaint one year ago about the culvert conditions and informed the state government to avoid any tragedy. But CMCELL Tamil nadu 2020/1070674/VJ said that it has been forwarded to national highway department. But it is not done and met the tragedy of collapsing the culvert. It caused the inconvenience to the pedestrians and stopped the flow of rain water streams to the village. Already the other fellow from thevar community have made walls across the water streams and case is pending in NCBC. I require repair and legal action on using the temple premises with the aim of damage and caste domination.
