An application under article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Mehboob Ali name of the father Abdul Sattar Mobile number 7393995322 also containing his handwritten signed submission with attached documents to this representation. There is complete irregularity in the distribution of ration in the Control rate shop in village panchayat Adampur Post Nibi Gaharwar district Mirzapur development block Chhanvey. Here matter is concerned with Mehboob Ali name of the father Abdul Sattar who was provided ration card of 7 units but later he was only provided the ration of the five units and later which means now he is only provided ration of the 4 units, how can it be justified sir. Mehboob Ali has made the allegations to the senior rank officers in the district Mirzapur that control rate ration shop has been allotted to the Panchu Pasi, but this control rate ration shop is being operated by the elder brother Vijay Bahadur Pasi of the Panchu Pasi who is the elder brother of Panchu Pasi which is illegal and must not be allowed. According to him this illegal practice is continued for 20 years and no officer is taking cognizance of it. According to him whether he may be provided ration card of 9 units, or his two matured sons may be provided ration cards separately as required by the law. Along with this representation Aadhar card of all the nine members of the family are attached for the convenience of the public staff so that unusual procrastination may not be made by the concerned public staffs in order to increase the units of the ration card. In other words, it can be said that they may restore the original condition of the ration cards containing 7 units. plus two additional new units. It is quite obvious from the attached documents Mahboob Ali is handicapped quite obvious from the certificate provided by the Chief medical officer of the Mirzapur district attached to the representation so his torture being perpetrated by government staff tantamount to the violation of human rights which must not be promoted. Here this question arises that whether the arbitrariness and tyranny of the public staffs may be tolerated by the government in providing the public assistance to the weaker and downtrodden section. Undoubtedly behind this irregularity there is rampant corruption which is prevailed throughout the government machinery.

अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के स्तर पर निस्तारित आख्या अपलोड है उक्त प्रकरण की जांच पूर्ति निरीक्षक द्वारा करायी गयी पूर्ति निरीक्षक की जांच आख्या अनुसार शिकायतकर्ता श्री योगी एम पी सिंह ने महबूब अली द्वारा यूनिट कट जाने के संबंध में शिकायत की है उक्त के संबंध में अवगत कराना है कि महबूब अली के मोबाइल नम्बर 7393995322 पर 30.03.2020 को 08 बजकर 21 मिनट पर संपर्क किया गया तो उन्होंने आधार कार्ड की छायाप्रति देने से मना कर दिया तथा कहते है कि 20 वर्षों से आदमपुर ग्राम सभा का जो कोटे की दुकान संचालन करता है वह फर्जी है लेकिन उनको बताया गया कि विजय बहादुर पासी कोटेदार को सहयोगी है परन्तु वे सहमत नहीं है इसलिये ये बार बार शिकाकत करते रहेंगे अतः शिकायत को निस्तारण करने का कष्ट करे आख्या सेवा में सादर प्रेषित

Whether in this locked-down, Supply inspector is not hatching a conspiracy to teach a lesson to poor handicapped as police will beat mercilessly. Sir whether the supply inspector is a layman cannot understand the language of the submitted application. Whether he does not know the submitted application contains the attached PDF documents in which all the Aadhar cards have been submitted and he told that Mahbbob Ali did not provide photocopy instead he had to take the perusal of those Aadhar cards attached to representation. Moreover, now he is taking recourse that aggrieved applicant Mahbub Ali is not providing Aadhar card how much surprising and he is making stupid not only handicapped Mahboob Ali and complainant Yogi M. P. Singh but also senior rank officers who are incompetent to understand the conning approach of the subordinate officer that is Supply Inspector who is colluding with the wrongdoer Control rate shopkeepers in the area.

Two years have passed since the date applicant submitting representations against the irregularities regarding the coordination in the control rate shop.

It means S.D.M. Sadar Granted them permission to manage the control rate shop by Bijay Bahadur and his Son allotted to Panchu Pasi who is working in the private financial institution in the state of Bihar.
श्री मान जी प्रार्थी की मांग बहुत ही जायज थी और नियमानुसार थी किसी तरह की कोई कार्यवाही नहीं सिर्फ पांचू पासी सिर्फ उचित दर की दूकान पर बैठे और आहरण वितरण का काम खुद करे क्यों की वे लाइसेंस धारक है और अनियमितता होने पर उनकी जिम्मेदारी बनती है वे यहा से ३०० किलो मीटर दूर बैठ कर दूकान न चलाये
किन्तु यदि उपजिलाधिकारी सदर को विजय बहादुर और उनके लड़के से दूकान चलवानी जैसा की वे बीसो साल से कर रहे है तो लाइसेंस धारक बिजय बहादुर को बना दे क्यों पांचू पासी के नाम उचित दर की दुकान चलाये विजय बहादुर व उनका लड़का अबैध है
किन्तु घुस में बड़ी ताकत होती है वह भी प्रदेश की सरकार में जो की हमारे ईमानदार मुख्यमंत्री के संचालन में है प्रिंट और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया जिनके ईमानदारी के चर्चे करती थकती नहीं

Demand-Panchu Pasi may sit on the control rate shop instead of working as branch manager at distance 300 K.M. away from the gram panchayat Adampur. The government may take action against D.S.O. Mirzapur for submitting a false report.

D.S.O. Mirzapur under the monitoring of chief minister office submitted an inconsistent report which reflects his arbitrariness.
D.S.O. Mirzapur itself accepted that Panchu Pasi is the licensee of control rate ration shop for 16 and himself accepted he distribute the ration and his wife is assistant.
Here this question arises that how does he manage the job of branch manager in the private financial company located in the state of Bihar?
In the earlier report, D.S.O. Mirzapur stated the Panchu Pasi is sick and Vijay Bahadur and his son are working as the assistant.
Here contradictory is that how can Panchu Pasi distribute the ration if he is serving as branch manager in the financial company as aforementioned?
D.S.O. Mirzapur may ensure that Panchu Pasi may sit on the Ration card shop as a licensee it is his obligatory duty.
Here it is illegal if Panchu Pasi is pursuing the job of Branch Manager at a place 300 K.M. away from the location of control rate ration shop ipso facto by gratifying the staff of D.S.O. Mirzapur.

I will submit next video after Panchu pasi when his brother will disburse the ration. A private company will not allow leave time and again. After notice he had to decide either control rate shop to Vijay Bahadur or he will leave service. श्री मान जी पूर्व पूर्ति निरीक्षक की हठधर्मिता की वजह से यह मामला खिचता चला गया अन्यथा यह अब तक तो हल हो चूका होता श्री मान जी ठीक है १५ वर्षो चल रहा है कोई बात नहीं किन्तु जब विरोध के स्वर मुखर हो तो कम से कम विवेक का इस्तेमाल करना था यह हर्ष की बात है की नवीन पूर्ति निरीक्षक ने उस गलत कार्य को सहमति नहीं दी यह मेरे लिए हर्ष की बात है वह स्थलीय सत्यापन के लिए ग्राम सभा तक इसलिए उनका स्वागत है क्योकि अधिकतर तो बिकास खंड कार्यालय से बाहर ही नहीं निकलते है यदि गलत बात सुधर जाय तो समाज में अच्छा संकेत जाता है नवीन पूर्ति निरीक्षक को मेरा बधाई धन्यवाद सही दिशा में पग बढ़ाने के लिए यही गलतिया नजीर बनती है लोग दम्भ में अपनी गलतियों चौराहे पर खड़ा हो कर वाह वाही लूटते है और ब्यवस्था का मजाक उड़ाते है हम कहते है जब बिजय बहादुर को ही दूकान चलाना है उन्ही के नाम
