Grievance Description
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of the following applicant.
The matter is concerned with the Mahboob Ali, Village panchayat-Adampur, Post-Nibi Gaharwar, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231303
The applicant is handicapped and suffering for more than one year and numerous representations have been submitted by the applicant before the district supply officer but still, problems areas such.
Sir three months ago a report was submitted by the D.S.O. Mirzapur and assured Ration card are prepared and the problem is that it could not be digitally signed. The applicant was not satisfied with the cryptic approach of the D.S.O. Mirzapur and again submitted representation.
D.S.O. Mirzapur through its communication dated 19 Aug 2020 letter number-752 attached to the grievance apprised the applicant that Ration card number-219940521273 is issued in the name of Abida Begam w/o Mahboob Ali and Ration card number-219940842533 is issued in the name of Jameela Begam w/o Irphan Ali quite obvious from the attached document.
According to Vijay Bahadur who is fraudulently coordinating the control rate shop in the name of Panchu Pasi working in Shatting company in Bihar at the post of Manager and never live in village panchayat Adampur has been declared sick by the supply inspector concerned in its repeated reports to justify its illegal stand is denying to provide the Ration on the aforementioned Ration cards.
Concerned illegal licensee coordinating control rate shop in the name of Panchu Pasi is saying that Ration is provided after ninety days from the date Ration card is made.
Honourable Sir concerned may be directed to provide the ration to the aggrieved family as no one may be allowed to be deprived public aid arbitrarily. Concerned staffs of government may be invited to submit an affidavit regarding the sickness of Pancu Pasi who is working at the post of Manager in the Setting company in Bihar. People living in the village knows well so lies may not exceed a certain limit. The government can verify the truth in 24 hours instead of accepting the incredible Bogus report of the D.S.O. Mirzapur prepared by the Supply inspector concerned. Panchu Pasi is perfectly well and he had come during the Corona period now again joined his service. Why will he leave a lucrative post gaining huge monthly salary for a control rate shop. Here Vijay Bahadur is managing the Babudom well.

Sir, it is a scandal which is taking place by taking senior rank officers under good faith. According to handwritten allegations of the Ration cardholders, Panchu Pasi is working in the financial company for 15 years in the state of Bihar. These affirmations of the complainants are attached to the grievance but instead of making logistic approach in the matter, concerned supply inspector is only misleading the senior rank staffs. Here only corruption is playing its role nothing else. I think that there is no complication because Panchu Pasi is working in Bihar, so it is not feasible for him to attend the job of distribution of Ration. Because of corruption, such things are going on in the government machinery. These corrupt practices have support from the higher rank in the administrative hierarchy. Think about the incredible system insensitive to growing corruption in the administrative setup. Losing credibility and growing incompetency of public system is a matter of great concern.
