The matter concerns poor network speed and the applicant raised time and again before the service provider but now a days, it has been too much frustrating for the Airtel customers in Mohalla-Surekapuram Colony, Shri Laxmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Mandir, Riva Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India, PIN Code-231001.From a few days back, the services being provided by the service provider Airtel is third grade quality quite obvious from the attached screenshots to the grievance. Aforementioned location belongs to Mirzapur city and if services are accessible in the urban area, then think about the rural area where people are crying.
Date of Action 05/10/2022 Remarks-Customer grievance was regarding network issue on airtel mobile number 7379105911. Network team has done the survey at customer address, soft optimization done and network improved. Called customer and information given on post and asked to share the feedback.
As per our telephonic conversation on 7379105911 dated 04th October 2022, this is to apprise you that on receipt of your complaint, our technical team has done the survey.
Further, the team has done maximum optimization at the nearest network cell site. Therefore, this is the best possible coverage that can be provided presently. Kindly observe the services and share your feedback for further improvements.

As per the attached reply from Service Provider, Customer grievance was regarding network issue on airtel mobile number 7379105911. On receipt of his complaint our technical team has conducted a survey in your area. As per team validation optimization is done on the site and it is now working fine. Hence, we request you to please observe the network for next 3-4 days and kindly share your feedback accordingly. No feedback received from complainant. Accordingly, the grievance is closed.

जैसा कि हमने पूर्व में ही अवगत करा दिया है कि यह भूमंडलीकरण का युग है ऐसे में यदि कोई खराब सेवाएं देगा तो उपभोक्ता को पूरा हक है कि वह अपनी सेवा को बदल दे और उस दिशा में प्रयास करें जिससे कि उसकी सेवा सुधर सके यादि एयरटेल कंपनी को लगता है कि उसकी सेवाएं अच्छी है तो वह खुश हो जाए किंतु हमारी नजर में तो इस समय सुरेकापुरम में जिओ का नेटवर्क ही सबसे अच्छा है As we have informed earlier that this is the era of globalization, in such a situation, if someone gives bad services, then the consumer has every right to change his service and try in that direction so that his service can improve i.e. Airtel If the company feels that its services are good, then it should be happy, but in our view, network of the Jio is the best in Surekapuram at this time.
