Sir/Madam,

                      Today I have gone to Mr Kannan's house for the witness sign on the registration of will documents of Mrs Pechiyammal on 19 Dec 2022. He accepted my request, and his presence will be there tomorrow at the Taluk office Nanguneri SRO. Since many Yadav community people are not coming for the witness and they are scared of local goons. Mr Kannan is from ST tribe and he is ready to face the storm. 

But he gave his obligation for the non-issuance of community certificate to his children Ms Kanamani and Mr. Bhakiyaraj even after applying in the e governance portal of tamilnadu.. Acknowledgement nos. TN5202209223055 (CAN 133290814474632) and TN5202209222986 (CAN 133290818158700).

Attachment: Copies of acknowledgement slips and Aadhar of Mr Kannan. Community certificate of his brother-ST certificate copy.

Requesting you to file the case under SC/ST act and dispose it soon.
