आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-श्रीमान जी कुछ दिन पूर्व बंदोबस्त अधिकारी फूलपुर द्वारा प्रार्थी के मोबाइल नंबर पर फोन किया गया। और उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि गोवर्धनपुर में चकबंदी का कार्य 5 महीने पहले समाप्त हो गया किंतु गोवर्धनपुर ऑनलाइन चकबंदी होना इसलिए दिखाई पड़ रहा है क्योंकि संबंधित स्टॉप तहसील के अभी तक रिकॉर्ड को अपडेट नहीं कर पाए हैं। इसलिए आप द्वारा उप जिलाधिकारी फूलपुर  से संपर्क करना वरासत के संबंध में समीचीन होगा ।श्रीमान जी इसलिए गोवर्धनपुर के लेखपाल को निर्देशित किया जाए कि ऐसी अवस्था में वरासत का कार्य संपन्न करें। श्रीमान जी हो सकता है कि आपके यहां पूरे भावा और गोवर्धनपुर के लेखपाल एक ही हो  इसलिए संबंधित लेखपाल का यह दायित्व बनता है कि वह सभी अभिलेख जो शिव बहादुर सिंह पुत्र विजय बहादुर सिंह के नाम हैं उन पर प्रसांत सिंह पुत्र शिव बहादुर सिंह और उमा सिंह पत्नी दिवंगत शिव बहादुर सिंह का नाम दर्ज कराएं।

Sir, therefore, the Lekhpal of Govardhanpur should be directed to complete the work of inheritance in such a situation. Sir, it may be that you have only one Lekhpal of entire Bhava and Govardhanpur, so it is the responsibility of the concerned Lekhpal that all the records which are in the name of Shiv Bahadur Singh so Vijay Bahadur Singh enter the name Prasant Singh so Shiv Bahadur Singh and Uma Singh wife of Late Shiv Bahadur Singh.

Honorable sir with this grievance the applicant has attached the order passed by the revenue inspector under sub section 2 of section 33 of the revenue code 2006. Revenue inspector Mr Hanuman Prasad Mishra area Karnaipur on 27 November 2022. Which is quite obvious from the first page of the attached document. Following application has been submitted by the applicant on the jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which was forwarded online to the bandobast Adhikari of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Since the process of consolidation of the land is under practice in gram panchayat Govardhanpur for many years so it is not possible to submit online application for the inheritance so this grievance may be considered as the representation of the aforementioned applicants. .
