Sir/madam,

                     Yesterday I booked my parcel at valliyur KPN and given parcels at two slots on Saturday and Sunday. I paid Rs 4250/- for those parcels on Sunday itself but they have not given me any receipts. They said that I will get the WhatsApp message. But so far I have not received it and I don't have any receipt to claim the materials at the delivery spot. Request action on improper delivery service provided by valliyur  branch of KPN parcel service and update me the receipt details and delivery collection address.

I paid Rs 4250/- but the message received today is 4011 INR for articles. The message is attached for your perusal and require legal action for not providing receipt after payment, collecting extra amount in the delivery spot and extra amount collection.
